Its been an increased amount of users wanting to pay by Paypal.... any way can a mod check their ips because it could all be 1 person hmm? Every single one of them saying "I won't go first" and trying to use fake escrows.
Or, perhaps, with all the added publicity around the price increases loads of newbs are arriving who think its perfectly acceptable to ask such things. Just sayin.
SMH. I've been on localbitcoins for a while and noticed on my ads many ask for Paypal when it clearly says cash deposit. Go figure.
