Freewallet is a SCAM.

They attracted people to the IGNIS airdrop and the coins were never delivered.

I made a NXT transfer to my wallet at Poloniex which never arrived.

They are scammers. I already complained on your facebook and I was banned.

I no longer have any hope of receiving what I have lost, but I hope that other people will not fall into the hands of these thieves.  Angry Angry

humm, I do not know if it's the same site, if is the same site... they have a bad reputation, you can see here:

FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP)

Found this on Reddit. No idea if this is the correct category but apparently FreeWallet.org is redirecting everyone's payments to their own personal wallet.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x11b85b4e2fadaebe04a251377aa35b9be3c785f0

So far $8 million stolen.

They also have a Bitcoin, Dash and Monero wallet. Their website seems to be professionally done so it seems many people are affected. If you use this wallet, immediately withdraw any funds.

there is another case:

Freewallet.org is a scam

another case:

I am a Freewallet victim, too!

Here is my whole discussion with freewallet and changelly.
Freewallet in app chat:
Changelly emails:
I wanted to launch a smart transaction, but it was stuck  and they still have not recovered my ~0,12 bitcoin for more than two months.
I was patient and understanding, because i know their is a lot of issues with blockchain transactions and it is in their terms of use:
"The time frame for retrieving specific transactions is set at Freewallet's discretion; However, refunds will be processed within 60 days upon submitting your request for them."
But now I really need my money.

If anyone can help me then my ethereum and bitcoin cold storage addresses read below:
Ethereum: 0x00F86aec28a46F4366C2803805dF5c86ECA5347D
Bitcoin: 1H4efiGqtvTSbfUt3vYUpxHiPcwZ8euNF

I hope people do some research on this site and do not use this site

Freewallet is a mobile (only) wallet and we can be sure of its reputation from rating and the user review on playstore or appstore.
They have a high complaint of uncredited deposit and unconfirmed transactions.

Ignis will be distributed to all NXT holders with Freewallet as promised, based on the December airdrop.

Regarding your NXT transaction, please PM us the transaction hash or provide your support ticket number. If you made a transaction to the correct destination, and it's shown as completed in blockchain, the funds should already be with Poloniex. Have you tried inquiring about the status of your transaction with them?

Slow death, the $8m 'theft' you're referring to never happened: people mistook the routine re-balancing between service wallets for an exit scam. We've been on the market for over 3 years now, and every time there's someone predicting that we're going to disappear with our users' funds. Of course, their predictions are wrong every time as well Smiley

As for other topics you've referenced, they have all been addresses and either resolved, or are in the process of being resolved.

They have a high complaint of uncredited deposit and unconfirmed transactions.

The only reasons why a transaction doesn't get credited to an account is a) the destination address is incorrect, or b) there's extra information missing like a payment id, a destination tag, etc. If the destination address is with Freewallet, we usually help retrieved the funds with no issues. For any external transactions, our users have to contact the receiving wallet support.

As for unconfirmed transactions, if a network is clogged, it can take more time for a transaction to get confirmed before it's posted in the network. Sometimes they are rolled back to the senders' balances. However, no transactions are left hanging forever.

Hello, the DOGE network was overloaded with transactions due to its evaluation in recent days. Everything is back to normal now but, if you are experiencing any issues, please feel free to submit a ticket to our Support Center from App Settings or on our website as our qualified specialists will be able to assist you better.

Hello,
Going through the mentioned links step-by-step would, on the contrary, provide that we are addressing each reported case and offered a solution for each of them expected the case with unsupported tokens which is currently in progress.
One of your links
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5007704.0 is not related to Freewallet at all!

Claiming service a scam is quite an easy thing to do; unfortunately, this is not the case with updates on the successful resolution of them.

I havent seen any of those complaints resolved. The only thing I see is you presenting scammers justifications to block accounts.

I knock and knock, and still can get inside of my head why people keep believing the a FREE wallet is a good choice to store their funds. It doesn't get into me, I don't understand it and probably never will  Huh

It's free, let's use it to store our shitty coins inside of it without doing any research... Hell of an Idea!! Lot's of people over here that should spend their time educating themselves instead of spending their time feeding criminals.

Because we provide a good service and never stolen any funds. If we did, we wouldn't be here. Simple as that.
