So i decided to check Alexa and saw that only few countries can beat Nigeria in terms of traffic to exchange sites and bitcoin usage.
more over Nigeria has the cheapest bitcoin market without much regulation and taxing.

I also guess its followed by USA, Venezuela, Japan

you can make your own list with reasons.

lets discuss where is btc cheap in the world ?

You know, a link to the source of this info or at least a snapshot of the ranking will quickly give an idea to anyone willing to contribute to this thread and stay within the thread.

I can relate to this. Most of the bitcoin bought and sold are not done through official platforms like  Luno  but through WhatsApp groups and other social forums. There's also a little form of preventive regulation, not by the government, but by the admin of these groups which are sometimes closed to new members to prevent scammers.

Can't say I know a country with consistently cheap purchases (consistently expensive sure, Far East and Zimbabwe!) but I think you always find the "best" deals for crypto with OTC trades, or peer-to-peer. Especially with sellers on Localbitcoins, some are very willing to negotiate good rates - but I suppose the tricky thing is these trades tend to offer very little protection (no escrow, easily scammable trades), and I'd only recommend very experienced people to go down that route. They also tend to be offered only in bulk purchases. Be surprised how much exchanges hands like this... stats that aren't reflected in any of the aggregators out there.

Infact, it is impossible to get at cheap rates than an international price, the lowest price you can buy would be no less than global price however there are a few countries like korea, nigeria where the prices are more higher than actual price, you can buy at normal price from usa and sell to koreans at higher price

As I think it is the Chinese market, they store large quantities of bitcoin when they are priced low. And bitcoin was born in America, so I thought it bought a lot of bitcoin when it was low many years ago.

Here are some recent statistics, which may be inaccurate at this time, and it is too hard to keep up with the data. But hope to help you.

i don't think using Alexa and checking the traffic to these sites is the best way of measuring the interest of people in bitcoin and price of bitcoin and taxes and all that. Alexa is not reliable and it can be fake-increased.

as for cheap bitcoin purchases i believe the cheapest option is always going to be exchanges because anywhere else like P2P trading on platforms such as localbitcoins means people there first get their prices from exchanges then add a certain percentage to it and then put up their deals to make profit so it will always be more expensive. and since exchanges are mostly global or at least cover a lot of different countries you can't really say "which country ...".

There sure is some variation in price on different exchange of different countries, for instance buying BTC from an Indian exchange Zebpay is way more costly than buying from say bittrex. I think tax and all comes in play here. Anyways I believe it's cheapest to buy from an popular US based exchange, like bittrex or poloniex. P2P exchanges like localbitcoins are worst if you are looking for a cheap deal.

you made some point here.
USA is good and cheap but not as cheap as Nigeria.

Nigeria is the cheapest and there are no laws to regulate how many you can buy a day. I own an ecurrency exchange company in Nigeria www.nairaomm.com we have chinese clients. they buy from us and pay in our local currency before we send them btc based on how many we could get.

they get guaranteed 10 sometimes 20 sometimes 30 btc daily from us.

their country has some tax and number of amount you can send to and fro a bank account.

such restriction is not in Nigeria. as long as you have a current account or registered company act you can buy from any exchanger as you want and the crypto transaction is not being taxed.

its also cheap in Nigeria most times. many Nigeria sellers also use standard blockchain value for btc nothing like +5% or +10% etc.

if you will ask me i guess Nigeria then USA, Japan

Best way to buy bulk bitcoin from us is to have someone in our country and pay us in our local currency.
with this you buy bulk btc from us and then at cheap rate too.

Our WhatsApp +2348087142616

if you have bulk BTC you can also sell to us. but kindly note we pay when we receive btc and we prefer to pay in our local Currency.
