Japan and Germany are now the bitcoin-friendliest countries after recognizing the leading cryptocurrency as  one of their legal tender. Other countries are also taking some steps for possible bitcoin legalization in their area with regulation and taxation. Many countries are also waiting for the next meeting of G20 on cryptocurrencies which aim to create a standard for imposing a regulation on cryptocurrency exchanges.

the most important thing that will not be taxed))))) ur cheers hurray !!!)))
The German Ministry of Finance signed a decree according to which purchases made for crypto currency will not be subject to a capital outflow, as in the United States, where bitcoin is considered property. The user who purchases the product or pays for the service with digital money will pay VAT.
I think that in a couple of years all countries will make the same statement))

yes, german is the first country to legalize bitcoin before japan. bitcoin grows well there. so i think german and japan deserve to be a bitcoin capital city, not as central.

bitcoin requires the capital city to be the reference of crypto market. so the bitcoin capital city will become the standard of analysis.

Wasn't Swizerland the first country to legalize payments with bitcoin Huh There is this city called Zug where you can pay your taxes in bitcoin by now. This is forward thinking in my opinion and Germany could learn a lesson from them. BUt let's see what the EU will bring forth in terms of regualtion and taxation. This will be interesting.

I hope more and more countries are following Germany's steps to accept bitcoin as a legitimate digital currency for its people so it will not make people hesitate to use bitcoin as a method of payment. Why all countries cannot take on the attitude of Germany, they always support new emerging technologies and their decisions make the ecosystem of a technology to continue to survive and grow and develop into a useful technology for the future, especially bitcoin in economic terms.

I have seen the news, and it is true that Germany has allowed Bitcoin as a means of payment, even the greatest nation has allowed Bitcoin to circulate there, as in the Russian state that we know will hold great grand like the World Cup, surely everyone will watch it , which is only held every 4 years, and it will make it easier for everyone to bring Bitcoin, for the cost of their lives while watching the World Cup take place in Russia ..

This is great for germans as a big step for bitcoin and crypto in general, if the whole world follows the example from germany, but it will be great and bitcoin will be tumbh in price and people do not have to come up with a dubious scheme for the purchase or sale. Cool

I am really happy listening to this news and development. It will support and increase the popularity of bitcoin.it also can help bitcoin grows faster and legally. This acceptance in germany might be followed by other european countries and can bring further positive impact in African and Asian countries for the same acceptance.

Japan and Germany are now the bitcoin-friendliest countries after recognizing the leading cryptocurrency as  one of their legal tender.

South Korea is also a friendly country not only to Bitcoin but also to any other new piece of technology. I'm surprised how fast these countries adapt new solutions. Why other countries have problem with that? Is it because their citizens don't trust technology or simply cannot afford it? Even thought these countries started supporting Bitcoin officialy, it will still take a few years for merchants to start accepting people. Many people are actually afraid of Bitcoin because of constantly changing price. There is no problem when the price is growing for a few weeks.

The Federal Ministry of Finance of Germany stated that purchases for bitcoins will not be taxed, since the crypto currency is a legitimate means of payment.

The Office published its decision on February 27. In the document, the regulator refers to the European Court's ruling of 2015, which sets a precedent for all EU member states.

The court ruling says that crypto-currencies are considered a legitimate means of payment and that therefore the transactions for the payment of goods and services with their help should not be taxed:

"So-called virtual currencies (crypto-currencies such as bitcoin) are considered equal to legal means of payment if these so-called virtual currencies have been accepted as alternative and contractual means of payment by the parties involved in the transaction and have no other purpose than to use as a method payment ».

Conversion of crypto-currencies to fiat and vice versa in the decision of the European Court is classified as "other taxable services". Thus, the party that acts as an intermediary in this exchange will not be taxed. It follows that the operators of crypto-exchange exchanges can receive exemption from taxes "if they complete the purchase and sale of bitcoin as an intermediary on their behalf".

Commissions to miners should also not be taxed, since they are paid on a voluntary basis.

We note that earlier this year the head of the Bundesbank Joachim Wuermeling (Joachim Wuermeling) said that the regulation of crypto-currency should be carried out on a global scale. And the head of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, believes that the ECB does not have such authority at all.

Currently, the European Commission is preparing an action plan to prevent financial crimes using crypto currency.

this is very good news!!!! now this is an additional argument in the positive direction of bitcoin! we are moving in the right direction and it is good that there are more and more people in the world who are starting to understand the crypto world correctly! but, to full legalization around the world is still very far away!

This is strange! Such good news and could not provoke a rise in the price of bitcoin! Although Germany is the first economy of Europe!

It's really a great news. Germany has now given legitimacy to Bitcoin and it can now be used for tax and trading purposes. A financial tool under the Bitcoin banking system. I think now other countries will follow Germany and they will also want to use it. No tax will be imposed for its transaction. Bitcoin is the virtual currency and by that they will use to make all the payments and payments. I think that the cost of bittacquena will increase greatly.
