I hear exchanges are avoiding business with paypal since people are claiming chargebacks without any real proof and Paypal unanimously sides with customers.

If you are in Canada I would suggest www.cavirtex.com, you can do EMT or direct deposit into your bank account.

Okay thanks

And will an admin or somebody vouch for DiamondPlus?

What is stopping somebody from retracting the money once the deal has gone through?

Yeah, thats where I mine...the paypal fees are a bit steep indeed, I hope he considers lowering them or making them tiered fees, because 10% on a large sum of payout is ... quite high!

The reason you don't see it often is because trading bitcoins for PayPal is against their User Agreement.

If you are purchasing from something like Amazon, NewEgg or Buy.com, then you might be interested in knowing that you can buy gift cards for those sites using Bitcoins:
 - http://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Trade#Gift_Cards
 - http://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Trade#Other

I believe VirWoX lets you trade Bitcoins to Second Life Lindens, and then cash those out to PayPal.

And Bitmarket.eu, where you might find a party to cashout to PayPal was described here:

And if you want, you try the #bitcoin-otc marketplace for a PayPal cashout method as well.

You want to check that they have a decent trust rating first:
