Cryptopia holds my Coins in hostage( please HELP me!!!!!!) for 1 month

1. I withdrew UNIT (universal currency) coins 1 month ago, and processing, opend a ticket the next day, up until now, processing, no reply none what so ever

6. they said in Support section, ticket can take up to 20 days, my case more than 30 days ,No response at all, and still it's Processing....jesus christ...
I need my coins to support my children and Cryptopia held my coins, my money in hostage for more than 30 days, no help at all.
as you can see in the picture, UNIT wallet has connections and working active in their system.... but my UNIT withdrawl still processing.....
what can I do?

Same here.  They have my coins for over a month now.  No support whatsoever.

I commented on my thoughts in the past post and I will repeat once again, you will hardly be able to get a satisfactory solution if you limit yourself to posting in the forums, you must hire a lawyer and together with this lawyer go to the police to report this case, the police will be able to help you, at least you have more chances reporting your case in the police than to post here in the forum

That really, really sucks.

It's not even because the transaction is at processing for ever and ever. Well that sucks too.

But the fact that their support is almost completely unresponsive, not just with you but with probably hundreds of other queries waiting to be solved is just ridiculous. Even if they just get through 50 tickets a day, which is crazily inefficient, after 30 days or so wouldn't they be at least up to you?

It just feels like that cryptopia isn't a good exchange to use anymore with no support as everyone is reporting.

Jeez, and it seems like UNIT has gotten pumped big time and is extremely volatile. Never want coins to get held up in those circumstances especially. We can't do anything for you on the forum. They probably don't even care anymore what you say on forums after so many people launching scam accusations. As slow death said, legal action is probably best, but not always feasible since there is only less than $1k involved.

Everyone should chip in get a lawyer.  I am in.  This is getting ridiculous.  I'm sure there hundreds of people if not thousands who have stuck processing and no help from cryptopia.
