Thank you for the heads up and everyone can see what is currently going on but what's more important than rejoicing over this is the sustainability of the price to maintain an upward trend without which all of the recovery can be wiped out overnight that would take more time to recover. For Alts, the time the recovery is not commensurate with the increase in bitcoin for the popular ones though while the ones growing are witnessing some rapid changes.

The resistance level is very hard this time and I don't think bitcoin will be able to sustain it for long. Thai time also bitcoin will come down for sure but not much more than 1k that's for sure. Thats because it has already made the resistance little more stable and broke all the like that it should be breaking already.

This is perfect time for new investors to pop in and support the bitcoin market cap. But that's just vein because we know very nobody is going to invest at this very high point. Let's just hope that we will see sunrise and not sun down.

Until we get 20k and more we will not have new highs and new bull moving. We need alot of stupid money come here to move up price. But for now alot of ppl loose money and dont want buy more btc. This is big corrections and i dont known when it will finish. I think we will go lower and lower soon.

Why does the price need to remain above 11.5k? It barely even broke 11.5k in fact. There's a lot of resistance from 11.5k upwards.

Moving from 11.5k - 12k is not something of significance other than the fact there's big resistance.

Alts aren't that bullish. The major alts are mimicking bitcoin and the smaller alts are all still sliding but at least at a much slower rate now.

Well everyone is pretty excited to see bitcoin is above $11K right now and I'm glued to my sit so see how the price is moving. There's so much talk about the resistance around $11.5K - $11.7K. So what been in this situation and thrice it didn't went well.

So for know I'm still fairly optimistic that we can break that resistance towards $12K in the next coming weeks. As for alts there might be some dump because traders will move their funds to bitcoin market again.

Yeahh no need to worry about alts and speaking of the topic I am curious about it from my previous answered post users got worried and problematic about alts when bitcoin is going up.

Question

I want to know why is people getting worried about altcoin when BTC is rising?  Can some of you guys explain I am really curious on what others are thinking about.

And I am one of those people who still believes in altcoin its because for that Altcoin is the last process of  trading when you want to cash it out.

I bet that bitcoing will rise more 12k bet on that as I bet on it, try it to invest as I invest in bitcoin.

Bitcoin went down below $11,500. I think support should be at $11,000 and hopefully it will hold and break $12,000 soon.

As for altcoins. A heavy bitcoin rally may cause altcoin drop. Bitcoin needs to be steady or increases slowly to avoid altcoin dump.

This has always been the case with altcoins as investors pull out cash from  them as profit to ploy  into bitcoin. Altcoins are truly the weeping Bitcoin babies no matter how anyone tries to praise their emergence. Bitcoin controls their mindsets.

Your first sentence isnt always the case and you wont be correct if you still maintain that standpoint. Altcoins are also bullish though not as volatile as Bitcoin, you would rightly say. We can argue this back and forth. But didnt we see how Litecoin moved late last year from the region of $30+ to over $150+ within a few days? What about BCH?

That's really a positive sign we could see after sometime.I think that bitcoin price has got stable in the range of $11,000 and we could now even consider it as its base level.Now once again,we could see people shifting from altcoins to Bitcoin to enjoy the ride.It would make the bitcoin price increase more.Also with transaction fee getting lower,chances for bitcoin to get accepted as a payment option in big companies has also increased which would contribute more towards increase in bitcoin price.

That's really a positive sign we could see after sometime.I think that bitcoin price has got stable in the range of $11,000 and we could now even consider it as its base level.

If $11.000 has really became the new support level it's a good achievement. It gives more strength to Bitcoin resist the hard moments and gives more confidence to investors start investing heavily again. If this trend continues, we have the chance to see nice prizes that can make us remember the last wealthy months of 2017. Who knows, maybe it's the last call to $14.000-$16.000... I hope so.

11,000$ support levels would be great. At the moment it does look like we are heading that way. If this happens, we will see a long-term increase again, but it will still take a while before we will see 20,000$ again.

At this point, I'd reckon alts will remain around the same levels until Bitcoin is around 13-14,000$. At that point we'll see the alts session begin!

You can see that bitcoin prices in recent days are recovering extremely strongly, so this is the time for us to participate and invest in bitcoin, as I analyze the price of bitcoin if the bargain The $ 12,000 mark will go straight to the $ 17,000 level without any barrier, if it can not pass the $ 12,000 mark, the bitcoin price will return to $ 10000 and continue to break the $ 12000 level.

It is still good price compared to previous price which is below $10,000 and all we have to do is wait what the market will do to change it. I know some people are not buying it and i know they are holding it and waiting for the come back. It's already almost 3 months since the bear season and it only just a matter of time before we see a huge changes in the market. $20,000 is too far to imagine right now but instead we should focus on the $12,000 resistance first.

Sound good for me but I don't see the source, where do you get this news anyway?. I'm not fundamental trader/ investor, just a person with technical analyze based with number ( chart data ). Not surprised anymore with news like this but it will help not loosing faith with bitcoin. Already replace all my fund into bitcoin right now and not see significant move ( stable market ) make me afraid that my analyze was wrong. If your news was right I only can say thank you but if not, must fix my strategy and patience again.
