The status of all three is paid.
KnC indicated in various messages that they would finish delivery of all ordered machines October 15th, but they are expected to be late.
So I don't know when the three will be hashing in their datacenter.
Obviously I will post a message here.

What happens after 6 months of hosting? Do they send it to you or do we own it?

You own it, I think you will pay for shipment and have it shipped to you, or you can continue hosting (and paying for it).

Highest offer is 55 BTC x 127 = us$6985 for a miner that will start hashing in a few days and is hosted 6 months.

The other offers are even lower, I do not consider the offers serious enough to continue.
