Poloniex verification limit solution!

Ok. Recently I tried to upgrade my Poloniex verification status. And as most of users got “You have reached maximum failed attempts…”
Poloniex support didn’t answer and I was scared about my balance.. And I found solution which can fit most of users:
* MAKE SURE that there is no linked accounts in you profile

• First of all you’ll have to create another account using another email address.
• Next try to make full verification of another account. If result is the same “.. failed attempts..” then use one more new account. Here are some advices to success: Do not use your laptop’s internal web camera, it’s better buy, or take for time some external hd web camera. You will see the difference! And try to make verification in daytime with a good daylight! You will be able to change camera source under the picture while verification is proceed.
• When verification is succeed, go into Linked Accounts and add your old unverified account!
• That’s it! Now you have 2 linked accounts with full verification status!

Firstly thank you for this topic, i have got this problem about month ago, still cannot correct this issue.

I have made everything step by step according to your topic, but at the end got such error: "One of the accounts you are trying to link has not been verified. All accounts must be fully verified before they can be linked."

P.S. My second account is fully verified: "Level 3 Verified"

Do you know how can i fix it?

I got the same problem and im so fu*** pissed off with poloniex!!!! 
Already sent Thousends and thousends of emails and tickes with this problem since 2 weeks ago and they just dont answer and just dont give a sh**.
First used my webcam and didint work than i bought a hd webcam and the same... changed the browers and the same, changed computers and nothing!!!
Created more than 8 diferent accounts to do the right thing just because they dont let me use my original account to try.
God dam***!
Hope this company and the person (genius!) that had the briliant idea to create this protocol go to hell!

In the end, I took another photo on all the tips (with the written date and word poloniex)

And after 1 day - verified

Poloniex was a good exchange to 1 year ago but these rules that have been changing over the months was a bad move on their part, I gave up using their service and managed to withdraw all my funds months ago, see in the thread There are so many pages only with comments from people who are exposing problems and they (poloniex) have no consideration for these people, poloniex does not answer support tickets ... I wonder when will the government authorities go by order in exchange.

So this method works, has your account been verified? Have you tried making some withdrawals to see if everything is okay?

This does NOT work. I've verified another email account and they won't let my account with funds link to it because the funded account is NOT verified. "One of the accounts you are trying to link has not been verified. All accounts must be fully verified before they can be linked."

How long did it take? When you mailed a letter, to what address? I've tweeted, send several tickets to support and wrote an email using the contact link at the bottom of the page. I don't want to submit .0005 fee to polo multiple times to get my money withdrawn. This is a scheme to annoy anyone who wants to get their money out.

Poloniex support didn't aswer about half year, can't get verification. First ticket send on september, then october, then on the end of november. Never answer me, and not verified yet.
Reached limit of verification by webcam. Support not response. Really bad. I really afraid of my money which i will send on this exchange market, if something happening about your account, freeze or something else you lost all your money, because support not people and didn't never aswer, not response, and not help you.

Hey guys, problem is solved. 2 months I couldn't solve this problem, but now I've just wanted to try to complete verification one more time and congratulations!!!)) Poloniex allowed me to complete verification. I guest that poloniex updated all the system, and now everyone can complete the verification. Good luck to everyone!

Hi everybody!

I had a legacy account at Poloniex and my verification experience was pretty good after several unsuccessful  attempts to do this.

If you want to verify your legacy account - dont wait till Polo issues deadline for it - just do it now because when verification deadline will be set up everybody will rush for verification and support team will be extremely busy to answer all requests.
I have been verified today and support team responded within 12 hours.  If you have any issue with webcam photo making or ID downloading - dont wait utill you will be out of verification attempts and contact support. I did it after the third attempt to download my ID photo (system throwed an error). Support responded almost immeadiately and fixed the error. After fixing the error I was able to download my ID photos and face photo but the system showed another error - "Session Expired". I replied on previous support ticket with the error message printscreen and asked for help. I was level 3 verified within 12 hours after I sent the second support request (I also received verification confirmation email).

To sum up: dont wait till Polo will announce deadline for legacy accounts verification - do it right now. Contact support with any verification issue ( you cant download photo files for example or errors while downloading or something else), make errors printscreens, attach it to suport tickets - and they will help you shortly!

I would additional urgently recommend to withdraw all funds, if possible, before you verify your account. Legacy accounts usually still can withdraw their funds up to 2000$ a day.

That is also my experience. I have no issues on deposits and withdrawals with my legacy account, but I only risk low amounts (on all exchangers)
Poloniex seems to freece funds, as soon verification process is initiated or not successful.
