so far, I only spend the bitcoin that I have by exchanging it. well, and where I exchange it is at a local exchanger. well, I did it at a number of trusted exchangers, and I don't think the number is up to 10.

I think the best place to spend your bitcoins or the other cryptocurrency is exchanger. We deposit or change it in the local exchanger.

Currently, In my country (Indonesia), cryptocurrency can be used to buy some good due to a prohibition from government. Therefore, I usually use bitcoin or the other crypto for buying the other crypto which has good value. After that, I change such cryptocurrency into fiat currency.

However, I have found the new one of good local exchanger in Indonesia. Such exchanger is called with Gopax Indonesia. This exchanger is originally from South Korea.
I think GOPAX has good decision for developing its business in Indonesia. GOPAX has already famous in South Korea and some countries. Beside that, When I check it into its website, they are giving many discount to its customer and providing XLM with free. I think it is good opportunity for hunting it.

Back to topic again regarding the places for using bitcoins, Circumstance of Indonesia regulation is not friendly for us who trading cryptocurrency. Hopefully, Government of Indonesia can issue a new regulation for us to trading Cryptocurrency safely. And also, Government of Indonesia wants to change its policy for not prohibiting cryptocurrency to be used as a currency, which can be used for buying some goods.

In my country (ROMANIA) you can but with bitcoin whatever you want, starting with Food and finishing with Phone Credit. There are many ATM's where everyone can cash his bitcoins and bitcoin is accepted in many, many online and offline stores.

It might be great for some people but for me, I don't think it is great at all. There are a lot of places that are accepting Bitcoin but in our country, even though Bitcoin is not banned, actually it is legalized, there are not that much people that are using Bitcoin or other crypto currencies. They do know that cryptos existed but there are a lot of news about it and people are getting scammed because of it.

I am a public servant in Southeast Asia, and I am waiting for similar online services to accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. But here the government issued bans related to Bitcoin making things more difficult.

Yup, because not all countries accept bitcoin as a payment,
of course it makes it difficult for bitcoin to develop and be accepted at all levels of society,
but if the ETF decision about bitcoin is positive, then it will likely change, bitcoin will be used in everyday life.

But how about if your country dont know about it and the people know about bitcoin is just few people. Like here in my country i dont know where can you spend your bitcoin. Bitcoin so far is already a mainstream currency ( digital ) and most countries including mine , were now have a stores or shops that we can spend bitcoin directly thru scan and pay machines  .   by the way , you mentioned etf?  Dont wait for them because they already delayed their agreement last time  .   bitcoin can still work perfectly with or without  them , we just have to wait tho  .

Thats a good number they got there  . i believe they are the first one that have alot of support for cryptos  because on our country the shops that suports crypto are only countable  .  and those shops are not popular  .  same goes on fewer countries  outside the asia  .

This is a very innovative start made by the leaders of your country towards Bitcoin by planting Bitcoin ATM. My country still remains neutral about Bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. However, the merchants here allow the use of Bitcoin in the payment  of utility bills such as TV bills, transfer of funds and the purchase of mobile phone airtime.
