I've been doing this for 2 years. I never thought of leaving. Although I lost half of my money, I preferred to wait. I know that it will rise. I hope I can not be disappointed.

First of all if we wish get bounty we have a tendency to should attend home. After that, we are able to see the page within the home, then we have a tendency to click the announcement in various cryptorencies. Before we elect the bounty in announcements, we've got to seem regarding the date of the bounty. Bacause the great bounty incorporates a new updete within the date of the announcement. therefore when we have a tendency to incorporates a bounty the we have a tendency to joined it to figure regarding the bounty.

In my opinion I chose those bounties those are good for me. Before joining the bounties I read all the terms and conditions and check about the bounty properly it is good or bad. If it is my chose then I join in this and if it is not my chose the I reject it.
So if anyone want to join any bounty the have to read about the project and they should judge about the project if it is liked by them then the should join in it another if it is not liked by them then they should leave it.

Myself I like to participate into bounties runned by Syllon. This guys can be trusted and the projects his picking are legit and they have a real chance to succed into ICO's and after ICO's. There are others things that I do before I pick a bounty like checking the team , project , roadmap and so on.

Also sylon is the my favourite bounty manager.Yeah, he is very trusted and he managed a lot project big successful project. But at this time there are no updated in any project and those project are running few months. So,it's not possible to continue work until the when ico finished."Wapinter" most of the project successful and weekly updated.

To choose good bounty you look at such parameters as the bounty-manager's rank, subject of the ICO, xaйп around the project, a condition on campaigns in bounty.
Now the main criterion is whether the project is a soft cap, and if so, then participate in the project. Bounty managers often create a new account for a new project.

When I am choosing a bounty the first thing I do is to check first the website and the team behind the project, if there team shows their faces on the website and always shows their faces on their social medias that's a plus point for me. Also a good and legit bounty manager is a good factor to choose bounty. But still it depends on the plans of the project to tell whether it has a future or not.
I also check whether the project is going to the conference, whether it takes part in the development of crypto projects, whether it gives interviews, whether the questions answered listeners.

It is actually really hard to find out, what bounty is going to succeed and which bounty will not be a success. There is actually no basic rules. But there is some way, you can find out 80% good bounty. The rules are simple. Try to participate with the trustworthy bounty managers campaign. There are many bounty managers who are trustworthy. Besides, there are many new bounty managers as well. So I am now just participating in the bounty of good managers.

Agreed. But good managers spend only a couple of ICO in the quarter. That's enough for them. But we, the hunters, and I would like more. So you have to have a list of good managers and keep track of them.

It is not easy as you think.
Choosing right bounty is challenging. You have to analyze project, bounty pool and a lot of other parameters like speed of collections, amount of participants, stakes dependance on ranks or followers.

Agreed. The difficulty is not only in the analysis, but also in finding it. Even if you analyze ICO projects well, perhaps there will already be many participants and payments will be scanty. So we have to look further and further.

The seriousness and hype surrounding a particular project could sometimes influence my choice of bounties. Recently, I discovered another important aspect towards my bounty hunting career. Most times projects that actually meet their soft caps tend to do well and go on to list their tokens on exchanges. Any of such projects that has a bounty, I do well to participate knowing that there is a high chance of it making its way to the exchanges. This has been my one important factor and it has so far been working.

First of all, you need to pay attention to the idea of the project and the team. I think that the project can be successful in the event that the team is strong.

experience is the way to choose for a bounty project. you must have plenty of experience and knowledge so you can make your choice.
nothing is easy in crypto, everything must be based on research and analysis. just as you would like to try to invest. so, i just suggest. your most important point should be to find a lot of knowledge and experience about various campaigns.
This statement is not relevant for today. Many projects now recruit Hard Cap, but even they are not able to pay bounty hunters the amount they promise. But it also happens on the contrary, for example, when the project is "weak", but it is paid very well, unlike successful projects.

The first factor I consider while choosing the bounty to participate in is the bounty managers integrity. I consider this because no matter how high the allocation for the bounty is, if the bounty managers are not people of integrity, they will just use hunters and not pay.

The first thing I do is watch the team. Recently met a project where the team was porn actress and film producer. It is immediately understandable that people did not even try to make the project less like the truth. It is unclear what kind of investors they are counting on.
It is very insulting that we are constantly being ripped off for money. And nothing can be done about it. You can only gain experience and not get into such projects.

I recommend to refer on reliable sources like ico-ranking sites and telegram channels, that's the source of the best info, there's no clue to roam bounty section, too many info there.

The best way to know a good ICO is to see what the community thinks of them, in public chats such as discord or telegram they may not talk much about it, because of the beehive mentality, but send a direct message to a member who you see complaining about something and surely they will explain in detail what he thinks about that ICO, of course do not be influenced by a single person, you must also try to investigate so you can form your own opinion aswell.

It can sound very naïve, but a common sense when considering all the info you collected helps a lot. If you doubt like there's something that doesn't match, go ahead, ask the support team of the project to explain. See, if they understand what they are talking about, it shows a lot. I'm speaking from my own experience, good projects usually hire good staff.
