The market's new popular coin is now ripple. money is not constant in the market and the volume of money is decreasing. everything is in a very variable market. the graphics are bad. Despite these, ripple showed a rise.

A lot of people from the community on this forum predicted an imminent death to the Ripple project, but at the same time I saw that the Ripple project began to grow. How do I understand this. It turns out that those people who say that the project will come death actually buy it

Mainly speculation that the XRP token of Ripple will be added to coinbase. It is going nuts on social media about this.

Ripple doesn’t need to be added on coinbase so bad. Even without that ripple would show significant development and increase in prices in the near future. Coinbase according to me is the dumbest crypto exchanges that is slow as hell and cant provide its customers what they want. Coinbase will soon wont be no. one US based exchange. Many other will grow cause coinbase is literally compulsion for people as they don’t have much choice. Coinbase is a slow exchange platform and it doesn’t deserve potential coins like XRP.

I think Ripple is a good coin for long term tho. You could do a long term HODL and that will eventually give you some huge profits.
But wait for the dip and buy in. That's the right thing to do. I believe it might dip some more. Going on Coinbase might be/not be so good for Ripple if Coinbase comes under attack. Investment in cryptos is always a risk. Do your research well before investing.

But it is centralized. Not like other cryptocurrencies. I would say it is just artificially pumped and those who pumped it just rode the waves when the news about ripple partnering with big companies broke out. It almost reached $3 a coin but it quickly dropped back below $1 really quick as well.

Indeed. Ripple is being quite steady currently and Is holding good through the market is crashing hard. Ripple has recovered quite much but is still struggling to break resistance levels. I think too that XRP is a great investment for the future as It has been announcing continuous partnerships with many banks and big financial institutions.

XRP is backed up by high technology , high scalability and high liquidity. Its token is highly useable to help banks save transaction fees and have high transaction speed for overseas transaction.

Ripple is one of the worst altcoins that you would want to hold long term. a lot of others are bad for long term holding but they are so much better than Ripple. there is just too much of it available for XRP to be able to rise to any meaningful prices

Agreed at 100%. I don't trust Ripple and all the time advising a friends of mine to avoid that coin. There are hundreds of proper and reliable coins on the market except XRP.

Ripple has a working infrastructure that is supported by many banks worldwide. Thats why it is working. One might argue that it is not a real crypto currency etc but who cares.

I also agree on this. Even though there's so much volatility these pas few months, Ripple's price do not falter so much. There's no big price down and it usually pumps after a few days. I really know that this coin has a huge potential in the future even though there are lots of people who are against it.

If you are willing to wait more than five years then yes a very good investment. Explain to me why you do not read news about the ripple, but watch the graphics. They kind of clearly said that the increase should not be expected, even despite the flow of investors who adhere to the ripple, by the way they are all from the banking sphere.

Ripple certainly has the potential to move up in 2018, but I think  will be more in 2019 . Because i see it will take some time for the markets to digest this, so maybe the end 2019 to be the likely time for it to take place. Of course, with crypto, anything can happen, so stay tuned!!

Ripple might be a good coin in terms of investment, because it is willing to work with banks. However, we must not forget two nuances about it. Firstly, investing in ripple might be profitable, but it is treason of crypto interests, because the coin is not decentralized. Secondly, as a consequence, ripple can be regulated by major companies and banks, which also makes it a risky investment. Why? Because banks are interested in stability of a coin, not its volatility, while the latter is essential for successful trading and perhaps for the long-term investment as well.

It is true that ripple might turn out to be one of the best coins. It is actually one of the best according to its ranking but it would be good to see if it holds its position in that top list for a  long time. Many investors have their stakes on ripple but ripple is showing a slow growth in terms of its price. We could not expect ripple to give great returns to investors since it's being a centralised currency used mainly for interbanking transactions.

It will most probably give more profit then bitcoin and ethereum. Ripple has real word use and helps banks and financial institutions solve real problems such as liquidity, transaction fee and transaction speed. Just think when major banks start using XRP, the volume of XRP will be higher than any other crypto in the market.

More than Trillion dollars of transaction will take place via XRP per day. This is highly affect the price of XRP and make it boom. Though ripple is a bit centralized, every month it releases the held supply in circulating supply and thus taking steps every month to make it more decentralized.

I agree. ripples are a very promising investment right now, referring to some plans that will do ripple.
but I think, in every investment should always involve plans and strategies. you can choose a lot of altcoin that can bring every profit
