So on January the twenty-fifth of 2018, Theymos introduced the merit system to Bitcoin talk, with the idea that one needs merit to further rank up in the forum. It was a strategy to stop spam. However, there have been widespread controversy over this new dynamic. And I just wanted to see how many people actually agreed or disagreed with Theymos. Hence the poll.

C'mon, is it not enough threads about Merit already that you had to make another one? I even saw plenty of threads with similar polls...
Where do you see contraversy? Are you talking about shitposters who can't rank up and whining about unfair system?
And we can't blindly believe in poll results here because it can be easily manipulated. Finally, who cares, we like Merit system or no.
