Interesting concept i think, but what makes me a little curious is that.
where will the token holder gets any dividend from owning the token?
That's a great question and it's also what makes us unique to many ICO's out there. Our token truly is a utility token. Let me explain, We have an initial pool of tokens (400,000,000) that will be in what we call the Marketing place. During our ICO, our goal is to sell all of those 400m tokens and get them into the hands of people. Once that happens, we will launch the market place, which will allow consumers to earn tokens as they shop.
So, a shopper goes to the store to buy a product. They shopper earns 5 RWRD tokens. The merchant then comes to us, to buy 5 RWRD tokens on their behalf, and give them to the shopper. We have to buy those 5 RWRD tokens out of the market place at the current exchange price and from someone that bought tokens, and that is willing to sell them, during our ICO.
As more members shop, the demand increases for the RWRD Token.
The other way to get a RWRD token is to buy it off the exchange.
Now, once someone had earned a token, they can redeem them at any participating merchant, by using our mobile app to convert their token to fiat at the current exchange price at the time of checkout.
Does that make sense?
