Don't make your bad experience an excuse to despair. I know that time is very difficult, but it should be the best lesson for you to not make the same mistake. Finding out about ICO first may be one way to avoid failure. I am sure you can get through this, everything will be better than before.

This is actually very true, while it is quite depressing, many people got the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and be better prepaired next time. well just don't give up that easily. Just have to research deeper about the project you want. Why not join airdrops and bounties, this way you don't have to invest money and get tokens for free by just doing their tasks. Just need you time and effort.

You don't have to hate yourself, it happens to all of us, I also become a victim of scam ICO some Ico are so good in making a lot of promise to investors only to come out short of the expectation, this is why some investors so picky investing in ICO now.

Maybe you should just take a rest for a while and learn from your mistake so it will not happen again the next time you invest in ICO again but dont give up. You don't have to give up in finding money in ICO. And of course, if you give up you will not progress.
