I started working on a project around April-May 2017, which was about making a well-functioning cryptocurrency investment simulator. The principle of the simulator is taken from the well-known pages, such as Investopedia, which is a stock simulator.

The project has been pretty dead for the last two to three months, as I simply have not had time to continue the work. The coding is a bit messy, and you'll probably have to fix it a bit - but the principle works.

To provide an easy description of Consensus.fun:
a) Cryptocurrency Investment Simulator
- Yes, Consensus.fun is a website built to give you the feeling of being a real crypto investor. Do you have the courage to invest, but not the money? Then you can invest with 'fake money' at Consensus.fun. Maybe you have the money, but you want to learn how it all works?
b) Built-up for well-known crypto coins
- Consensus.fun currently has (most popular in June 2017) the most popular coins available to be invested with. This is based on coins that are on Poloniex and are featured on CoinMarketCaps.
c) Automatic updating prices
- Consensus.fun has updated prices, which update every second with the latest prices. This is taken by various APIs that cryptocurrency websites have given.
d) Leaderboards!
- Fight against the many other investors at Consensus.fun by using our leaderboard, giving an overview of the people with the highest profits.
e) Trollbox!
- Known from Poloniex - the famous trollbox, where all your users can chat and have fun. Discuss their future plans for investment, or just have a blast on a late Friday night.
f) Portfolio
- Overview of all your investments, and what your profit has been, both in total, but also for a specific currency - as well as a history of your purchase / sale.
