When i first time registered on this forum i saw that i have BANNED! And they are DEMAND to ME TO PAY THEM BITCOINS!! I dont care if someone was evil with same IP, i have nothing to do with him, but now i'am evil too!!! I will not pay even a cent to ##########!! Even if their ###########(moderators) always delete my posts i still will not pay!

Did you pay for this account? i think he is talking about "Units of Evil"! some IP addresses (i think Tor or possibly proxies and VPNs) have been used in the past to do something "evil" on the forum so now they are in a black list and if someone signs up with them they are asked to pay a fee based on how "evil" that IP was. OP can simply use another proxy or TOR exit,... to sign up. |

if someone used your IP address, you can use another one IP address using VPN or go to your friend's house for registering an account.
For deleted post, i think moderators would not delete yours if your post based on the topic

ofc i can use as many proxies as i want, but will it make me less evil or more? when you see that someone made something bad and now you must pay for that, how you think is that fair? |

You better watch the language for the admin and moderators. I do not think that this account will even survive long with this attitude. If you think this way about the forum, why are you registering on a forum developed and managed by them. Regarding your posts getting deleted, that will continue in future as well if you are not following the forum rules. There should be some sort of permanent ban for people like you and future registrations should also be restricted. |

I think you must pay and dont talk too much bad words to moderator they doing this as they job as a moderator . not for personal its only for their job. if you want to get a respect. respect other too. |

well we had a same problem here in my country they demand too to pay first before you can post .enable to post and ip is using by the evil to my friend after he created an account in this forum.. |

That rule doesn't apply to everyone. one has to pay fee only when the IP has been abused here, most of the times abused IP are associated with free VPNs or TOR. This message is shown when one registers for a new account. If you register using an IP address that was previously abused on this forum, then you may be required to pay a small registration fee before you are able to post. If this is necessary, you will be informed after you login using your new account. Most people do not need to pay a fee. |

I think the problem was that as at the time you chose a username, someone else who was banned had it. So, invariably the forum would think you wanted to reactivate it or something. And as such placed a stiff payment penalty on it. But with another username, you just got registered - without any payment (as is the practice here except you are go for the Copper Membership). This also happened to someone I introduced to this forum late last year but he got it later without paying a dime. As for your posts getting deleted by mods, it could mean you were posting irrelevant replies to topics or in mega or duplicated threads . You may want to stop the above to enable your posts stand and count. |

And I do not advise you to use them without means of protection, because through such a Wi-Fi it is very easy to steal all your personal passwords and accesses. Use your home IP address. It is unlikely that it will be blocked too.

I was in my home, but i can't use my real IP because of government restrictions. So i always use proxie, vpn etc. And that means i always must pay to administration of this forum. And even so, i can get banned for no reason if someone with same IP will be not welcome here. |

You've either A) Paid to whitelist yourself or B) have found a clear connection and are free to post normally so what's your issue? If you don't want to pay the evil fee then find a connection that isn't proxybanned. The fee is to stop bots and serial ban evaders from just reusing the same connection(s) over and over to abuse the forum. Stop crying about it and spamming the same message over and over isn't going to do you any favours and just lead to even more connections being banned.
