a lot of people who become stressed, there is because of love, work, even in the house can also be stress, the one way to relieve stress is to entertain themselves with friends. if we are exposed to stress we will very quickly emotions and drop. then get stressed out

not just what you say, you also have to keep your eating and sleeping patterns, if all is done surely you will not be affected by stress ..!

it sucks that time I was still at school in order to memorize the material in front of the muriddan I've always been able to memorize .so my in laws told to salute to the flag and told to run around the field.and I always no medications fitting there is a lesson time that smelled of rote

Stress is definitely something harmful, if we cross the line of ''optimal stress''. And I think it is just very important to know how to avoid stress and how to cope with it.

Small amounts of stress can motivate but I agree. Too much stress sucks and is a huge health concern. People need to learn to relax!

We can't avoid being stress especially at work, if there is something that we need to finish immediately or to revise, or maybe inside our house, sometimes even inside our house there is still some stressful things that are annoying, but we can't really avoid being stress sometimes, we just need to overcome them and be positive so we can achieve what we wanted in life.

I used to stress a lot over the little things, bit at one point I just stopped caring cause I got tired of it. And finally, I can say that I am finally happy!
