Evareium (EVM), dubbed “the World’s digital real estate investment token”, will pioneer a new way to invest in the lucrative private equity fund model in the region and globally — by incorporating disruptive blockchain-based technologies throughout an entire real estate value creation ecosystem model. Furthermore, we have some exciting news in the works and we will be starting the pre-sale for the Evareium initial token offering (ITO) on the same date, you can find more information on that HERE.
0.66% of the overall planned EVM supply will be reserved for the Bounty Program, which is equal to 1 million EVM tokens. The Program will run until all the Tokens have been spent.

At the end of the main ICO, the final number of Stakes will be published. All EVM tokens that the user has earned will be paid out into their wallet. It is important to note that the wallet that you are going to use needs to support ERC 20 token form. You will not be able to use any Exchange Addresses, if the user provides a wallet address that does not support ERC 20 token form, we will not be held liable for the loss of tokens.
*Evareium can make adjustments to the bounty program at any time.
*Unscrupulous conduct and fraudulent submissions can result in the subtraction of stakes or the complete removal from the bounty program.
Important notice to all:- Evareium is only targeting and permitting promotion and sales to accredited investors and NOT the general public. Hence aside from general announcements (i.e. not sales related), which can be released anywhere in the public domain, any and all sales and marketing activities must only be directed to sophisticated and accredited investors. Evareium tokens constitute an offer of securities in jurisdictions and to persons where and to whom the EVM tokens may lawfully be offered for sale under relevant private placement exemptions laws allowing all Evareium offering materials not to have to be filed with nor approved by relevant securities authorities, and therefore not subject to any securities acts and laws. Certain restrictions pertaining to the number of EVM token subscribers, their individual net worth or company total assets and size of investment in Evareium in order for them to meet with such securities laws exemptions which are applicable may apply. Subscribers which do not meet relevant legal exemption criteria will be rejected and any deposits (if received) shall be returned to them.
Furthermore, it is important to make sure that you give the correct wallet address or you stand the chance to lose the tokens that you might have earned, that being said you will only be allowed to enter 1 payment address, once it is entered you will not be able to change it, ultimately locking it. As owners of Evareium tokens, you may be required to provide basic anti-money laundering and know your customer’ information to us similar to that provided to join any competent cryptocurrency exchange in order to avail your EVM tokens (and any failing such reasonable request we may make at the time will not be provided with EVM tokens without liability).
- You are entirely independent to Evareium and are therefore not employed by, not agents of, nor do you act on behalf or upon the instructions of, Evareium in any manner whatsoever, and you will be required to clearly represent this in any of your communications involving Evareium as and if relevant and if asked (expressly or implied) by any third party.
