It is always difficult when a third party is judging bounty links and quality of posts.

I posted 11different high quality articles about Ice Rock Mining on my website:

And reposted them to my steemit account for greater exposure.

The bounty manger gave me 150 tokens (low quality) for several of my posts (reposts were given a low amount which was expected).

Several of my  entries were copied incorrectly with spaces in to the spreadsheet so they could not be accessed by the spreadsheet and got "0" reward.  

I worked very hard for the Ice Rock bounty blogging and was not rewarded for my efforts.  (My one post to transcribe the Q and A session in to text took several hours work and was given 150 tokens!).

 Very shameful and it makes Malik, Dias and his team look very bad!

I do not think it is appropriate to call IRM a fraud as the bounty manager was the one awarding tokens.

PS. I get the feeling the bounty manager intentionally gave out as few tokens to blogs and videos as he possibly could. I am curious if the bounty manager will keep the difference between the tokens he was given to distribute and the tokens he actually awarded?

They posted in official Telegram news channel:

Bounty token, payouts will start on Monday guys 👍, then swap tokens will be finished.

So far no one has got bounty token. It was a lie from the team. also in telegram the people write that no bounty token came. but thousands of tokens are sold under ico price  on tokenmarket. who sells these token?And now it is almost night in the east

the course is so low because many bounty people sell tokens on Token.store. that writes an admin in telegram 
but the bounty people haven't received any tokens yet, so the team's lying. 
Maybe the team will sell these tokens to get more ethereum.    no one knows the truth. i think the whole project will be a scam later.

In today's live Q&A there was short moment dedicated to bounty distribution. Dias said that they will pay bounties till middle of next week. So June 27, 28. And he said that there are a lot people who participated in bounty and they are paying one by one so it takes time. Be patient.
