Is your system Windows 10 64-bit? After some brief search on Google it seems like you are trying to run 64-bit application on 32-bit system.
But there could be more reasons. Please check http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1991597/windows-bit-error-0xc000007b.html and scroll down to the Best answer (marked green) and try to fix your computer.

Probably not, to utilise gpu you need to get a gpu miner and set a solo mining
