How can I claim the free bitcoin private token?

Is there a way I can claim the free Bitcoin Private token? At the moment of the snapshot I was holding some Bitcoin on Bittrex exchange, and now it is known that Bittrex will support a BTCP wallet and credit the accounts that had ZCL with BTCP. But sadly for some reason they will not be crediting the BTC ones. I wonder why? Since the fork credits both BTC and ZCL holders... is there a specific reason why they offer the wallet and they decided to credit only ZCL holders? Also is there a way I can claim the BTCP outside of Bittrex? Another note is that Bittrex is offering a wallet and crediting the account but will not offer BTCP on its exchange so note that once you get your tokens you must move it to a diferent exchange in case you are interested in selling it. Anyhow hoping to get some good feedback from this incredible community of experienced minds. Thank you.

Whereas btcp team has given statement that holder of zcl and btc will get btcp with ratio 1:1

Glad to know I am not the only confused soul. If you do get a response from them please share it here with us. Would love to know why the choose not to distribute thise coins for BTC holders as they easily could with a supporting wallet.
