You think cause you delivered a video the contract can no longer be breached?  You're right that you substantially performed, but then you rendered it unusable by submitting a bullshit copyright claim knowing well the purpose was to use it on the BitcoinZ Community YouTube channel - sorry but you breached it.  The only remedy is damages, since you substantially performed.  Of course, you know full well no one will put their name on the counter-claim because its not worth fighting a troll that's easier to not hear from by flushing the toilet instead.

I explained to him why the credit has to stay but there were no way of trying to find compromise. I was threatened and instantly banned. I asked to be mentioned under the video.  JUST THIS. After then I was instantly banned. I was left with no choice but to write to YT  they reviewed the case. They gave you time to respond to get the video back. After no respond from you - they deleted your video.I  moved the video to my channel. It is available , ready to use. I informed you but you'd rather f... up the whole marketing than have a listen. The video had 200 likes and was really boosting. You tried to rip off me but you managed to rip off the community.

I am sorry about bringing this here. It is not nice to read it. I tried to talk this over on other channels (not public) but I was blocked. I asked for the community voting over the issues that we did not agree. But instead of real business talk I was banned from all channels. Yes - it is hard not to get provoked and keep coldblood when 3 guys attacks you one by one.
The community was informed then that I wanted to monetize the video so I moved it to my channel. It was just like a stab in the back.
But from the community side - this is the issue of marketing, big promotion that the video was paid from your money. Look at my posts, I only try to make their say why did they do not use this. There is a reason for their foggy explanations but Cryptorex had just admit above that the contract was filled.
Unless they decide to throw away something the community voted and paid it is a great misconduct.
Also paying 10BTC to EXMO exchange without a voting, ignoring the valid votes.That is acting to the detriment of the company. straight.
These are the facts. I am not a person who makes this problem personal. But I will react everytime I see misinformation like calling my name a thief etc. I will not tolerate this. I am here under my name and I wont let to spread lies about me.
