Does Xmrig support cryptonightv8 algorithm? for nicehash pool

My question is will I get more invalid shares if I use cryptonight algorithm miner on a cryptonight version 8 pool?

Yes. XMRig supports Cryptonight v8. You have to use BAT file like this: ./xmrig -o stratum+tcp://cryptonightv8.eu.nicehash.com:3367 -u Wallet -p x
