Telegram users scraping

Hello, I am the community manager for SportyCo. If anyone is interested in this project you can check my signature for more info. But that's not why I am writing here.

We've recently had a Telegram bounty and we've got a lot of responses. I am checking them manually (copy from spreadsheet, paste in telegram search box) and I was wondering if there is a way to scrap telegram users? If I would get a full list of users in our group in excel it would make my job a lot easier.
I don't know a lot about computer programming so only very simple solution is good enough for me.

Yes, I have  bot that can add members in your telegram group.

AFAIK,its not possible to export the list of members available at certain telegram group other than people in your contact so you may have to add them either manually.But its not possible with bot API.
