I thought that it would be a lot of fun if some people got together and played some Dota 2 for a pool of Bitcoin.
Some information on how this is going to work:
Here's how to participate in 2 simple steps:
1. Get together a team of 5 people.
2. Report this team to me via PM, you will be added to the bracket.
3. Pay the participation fee of .1 BTC per team. That's only .02 BTC per player.
The matches will begin on October 24th. The process of matchmaking will go like this:
1. Check the bracket for the team you're fighting.
2. Exchange Steam details with the enemy team.
3. Play the game via a lobby with no cheats or bots, and in Captain's Draft or All Pick mode, based on what you and your opponent have decided on.
4. Report the winner in this thread. A member from each team must state the same result for it to be counted.
5. Repeat.
