Define cheap, lol. It largely depends where you are from. I would recommend a Xiaomi or OnePlus smartphone. Those are relatively cheap and with great performance  |

Xiaomi phones are really cool - theor price is low and devices like 4a or 5a are a real bargain. They won't be the best in benchmarks performance but their build quality to price ratio is insane!
