Somebody showed me the above site for me to restore my lost Electrum wallet and its balance.
Is the above site trustworthy? Can it help me?

It asks for the seed!! Should i tell the site my seed?

A lot of people use this site and personally, I've never heard any complains. The website is open source so you can download the source code and run locally If you wish to. You don't necessarily have to use it though, you could simply reuse Electrum for the restore.
