One of the ideas with this ICO was to let users decide the value of LUSO that exchanges will have, to answer your question, there are two situations that we think can be happening, either users don't feel comfortable investing higher than someone else invested previously, or the big part of bitcoin holders are either right or left wingers. To address this issue, we are releasing a new ICO phase with the official website, new whitepaper, "what is lusocoin?" video. This new phase will fix the value of LUSO to an higher value that is currently available, ending the gradual allocation of LUSO amount in the different values.
