Working smart and working hard are have the same value. When people could do anything by working hard they commonly used thier physical capabilities. When people played by thier works and using a lot of strategies, techniques and method they usually a smart working person. They have a time management so that they can do their works as flawless as they want. But we could not be disable working hard! instead we need to merge this two things to become more effective and efficient in our life.

Many people working hard to get much money, they have lost all their time for their family by working hard in the company and many people leave their family looking for the job and working hard so far from their family, but the other side have the people have smart working by participated at the bitcoin and cryptocurency, and the can have the earning more than the hard work, so which one you choose for your work.
If we are talking about trading, naturally here working smart will be more effective. The best variant is to get the maximum information about the cryptoworld. |

Sometimes working hard is not a good thing to do if you did not use your smart techniques specially during trading. Working hard can be useless if when you are in trading that if when you did not have the smart techniques to win the business. But working hard is very important if you are participating in the signatures and social media campaign and specially during translations campaign. But actually can be both needed and very important to consider.

Many people say that you should work hard if you want to succeed in life and rise to riches. I'd rather say that working hard will only make your boss richer, not yourself. On the other hand, there is an age-old adage which says that you should be working smarter, not harder. But working smarter is a vague idea, and I'm interested to hear what people have to say on this topic. As far as I'm concerned, I think that working smart comes down to creating environment where you will have more chances to meet Lady Luck smiling at you, where you will be able to hit a lucky strike because luck plays an ever-important role in our lives. For example, if you want to find a date to have a romantic relationship with or you are looking for a one-night stand only, you will go to a beach or a bar since your chances are higher there, right? The same approach seems to be applicable to work as well. In other words, stick around the places where your chances of success are the highest.
So share your opinions here, guys. What is your practical take on working smart?
To gain success is certainly not enough with hard work, but we must be able to work smart. But I think smart work more determines one's success. |

It depends on what work do you. Working smart is eventually working in your job that needs your mind/knowledge. While working hard is when your physical strenght is needed.
And in some cases, you may actually need the two to keep you going. I agree with you but being smart requires you to also know when you should go with your mind and knowledge and when you should add some extra effort or go physical as the case may be. Also, most of the wealthy people in this world are not that smart, but they are smart enough to recruit the smarter ones to build their dreams. So in one way, we all operate in a different level of working smart. |

Conversely, if you work smart, you will not only save time to work optimally but also save your energy. When you work smart, you tend to produce brilliant solutions and manage your time very well. For example, if you see your desk in the morning falling apart, and things are not where they should be, you're just wasting time getting things done. Lastly, working smarter is better than working hard because it can nurture your relationship with others. As you work hard, you tend to drown in your work and often ignore the people around you. Unlike it if you choose to work smart, you do a lot of things in a short time. As a result, you can have much of time to get along with other people.

If only smart in my opinion is less appropriate to me because it is a package between smart and hard work is like a car without fuel so the most important is not energy but our minds need ideas and ideas is smart work and we do. True and diligent without complaining of hard work so this should be one in order to be successful.

Its very hard to find the difference between the two, but for me I'll go both. I guess working hard and working smart will always be a partner. Working hard without using your intelligent is useless, we work hard for us to succeed that's why it is important that we should be smart on the strategies and techniques for us to be able reach what we aim in life. True that working hard will make our boss richer, we need also to be smart to look for a way that our lives also improves out from the salary that we got from our employer by thinking some ways on how to make our money grow out from our ideas and ability.
Both woking hard and smart play an essential role in doing anything. As far as we know that there is no easy way for us to get succesful, therefore if you want to be successful, you definitely pass through lots of difficulties and it consists of working hard and working smarter. It depends much on you, whether you want to get rich ,how you aspire to become in the future. In general, you have to identify what you need, that will help you do your job efficiently. Sometimes, I think that working hard and smarter don’t bring you to get successful, You have to be more patience in analyzing what you got wrong and then finding the reason why you got failed. |

You must find the best work accessible to you. In some cases there isn't other option than working hard, at least during a temporary period of time, until you save enough money to start working smart, being your own boss.
In the end, working smart is much better than working hard, because you will have confort without killing yourself each new day, stressed with so much things to do and goals to hit. You will have more time for yourself and to develop your hobbies, your personal plans and your imagination. But to achieve this status, it's also needed management skills. There are a lot of people earning decent wages, but that have more children/expenses they are afford to sustain.
It becomes a snowball, and no smart, hard work will be able to keep this life's model sustainable...

Mixing both will make you a bllionaire  Being smart can save you alot of time but some jobs require hard working and require more energy. If you are going to start from scratch and have no money to invest, being smart won't help alot, you need to work hard, after that things will be easier and you will need to use your brain to run your business. |

OP You may forget that you can't become smart if you won't work hars but this hard work must be of your developing.
Your example is like person works harder in work to sell more products (for example) and make boss rich.
What's smart work for you? It's even question: Why do I have to work for others while I can to make them work for me and make me rich.
That's smart work I guess. But also remember that during your life, you have to work hard for others too in order to change yourself from hard worker to smart worker.

Working hard will always be the ways brings a lot of success in our job. Of course, i agree that "working hard will only make your boss richer" but it also bring us many experience, relationship in the life which is very necessary to us able to start build a own company.
But working hard is not enough to success, we need to working smarter. So how to working smarter, my opinion working smarter is:
- Always research us job before starting.
- Plan ahead
- Make us job is easier by the way create a tool that will eliminate as many of the repetitive tasks as possible.
- Manage time and manage money.

Working hard is different from working smart. Working smart is far apart from working hard. Think of it  , if you're working hard. You will do everything you can to impress your boss  . even if you have a hard time, get tired, hurt! You just tortured your self  :'(f. Imagine, if you are a smart person, you can not have a hard time, because you can think of ways to impress your boss with no difficulty  . YOU MAY BE BETTER. |

We need to working smart and working hard. You must have a smart brain before you start work and you need a strong body to work hard. To avoid stress think positive always all the thing you have to face because being positive will help you to work in your job.
Actually i agree that both type of working are really help to gain maximum income. We will get less if we apply only one of them. But for me i would prefer to work smart because i can gain much income without doing some hard work. Relax and enjoy the job and get maximum income. |
