I'm not a moderator so i cannot know for sure.
Therefore i only placed a warning and reported this thread to a moderator.
I'm guessing they will sort it out further.

you need an admin, ask him to check his IP with your previous IP, if it is the same, you lie if they are different you'll recover your account (I hope so)

This could be so versatile, DSL's IP's change on modem reboot, dual lan ports on mobo's or different PC have different mac address's, that is if the mac's could be reviewed by the Admins.

Best bet, Admins need to get the name of the ISP see if the IP is static or not, etc. Not doubting the OP. I've been reading a lot of bad shit that has been happening here lately.

Help's on its way. Get MalwareBytes, and Spybot Search and Destroy, and then scan away before you think you're out of the woods though. You could easily be being watched.

Moderators can't do much about this. You need an admin (e.g. theymos). I have locked all the threads I could find, though.

The ones I started was:

https://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=30839.0

There used to be an ebay auction link on it. I never negotiated any deal with bluefirecorp, so I fear he may have been scammed.

And, https://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=30837.0

If you look in my pm's, I was actually talking to someone about how I just bought them off craigslist. Also my original price on those were $300 each. I didn't drop the prices on them, so I think the hacker made those changes...

I didn't start

https://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=30903.0

And that other thread about 6990s that I think got deleted.

I've scanned my comp for Trojans, etc but I don't think that was it.

I created the forum account around the same time I made my MTGOX account, and they shared the same password. I never bothered to change my forum account password, and I never got my MTGOX account recovered.

His story is strongly backed up by the IP log, so I have given him the account.

The attacker was using IP 96.250.171.11.

Kookiekrak has a high degree of fault for any damage done with his compromised account, in my opinion. It's your responsibility to keep your passwords safe.

I've reclaimed my account!

I'm really sorry about the mess I caused by not changing my password when I should have.

Shit blue, I'm really sorry about that. Give me a wallet address. I currently have 2.2btc I can send you to help cover some of your losses. I feel really bad about it

Verizon FIOS?! Not very smart, whoever it was, unless they were bouncing off a compromised computer.
