Panama has to win against the U.S. AND Costa Rica needs to beat Mexico.

If Honduras looses against Jamaica
Mexico beats Costa Rica
And Panama looses to USA
Then Mexico has a spot on the WC.

If not then Mexico or Panama (depending on some factors that favor Mexico) will have to go play against New Zealand for a spot on the WC...
