Any idea other than member can give Merit, anyone else can give us Merit?
Thank you.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

For every two merit points a user receives, they get one sendable merit point. So anyone who receives merit can give merit. It has nothing to do with rank. Read about merit at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.

I don't really get what's the point of your message bro, but I can clearly understand that you are begging for merits. Well its not a good way of getting merit and you don't deserve even 1 in that way.
Another thing is you don't need merit in your current rank don't rush your self your a newbie, try to learn more thing's in this forum first. As I review your profile in your current situation you cannot get merits because of ignorance as a newbie like me before. I suggest you to read all the pinned post here it can help you a lot.

Thank you.

Anyone who has merit to spend can give you merit. You shouldn't focus on who can give you merit, you should focus on why anyone would want to give you merit. You should focus on providing better content in your posts, better contribution to the discussion. If you create good content you'll be rewarded with merit...not every time, but you'll get it.
