Great, in the whitepaper, there is already a list of countries in which they want to offer their services. My country is also there, that makes me very happy. local energy providers must own 1,000,000 BWT and have at least 50,000 customers. So if responsible electricity providers read along, this is your chance!

I am reading more about this project now. See this statement "Bittwatt platform connects the back offices of Bittwatt ecosystem partners, turning Europe into a single “charging network”." Getting partners on board should be on going. But this statement is huge and this will also make the Bittwatt project huge.

https://bittwatt.com/static/files/Bittwatt-Business-Plan.pdf

thanks for the link, i found this in the business-plan:

The Bittwatt Energy Wallet
This functionality allows platform users to leverage energy storage through smart devices so as to purchase energy
when it is cheap or free, and either use it or resell it when prices peak.

So we will be able to trade with energy! as easy as on a cryptoexchange! that will be great, a really great feature

You said or for free how are they planning to give it for free through the smart device? maybe by sharing the app on your social media.

what type is your token? What can I do with it after the end of ICO?

You can find the answer to this question in their whitepaper on page 14: Tokens can be used to pay for electricity in the Bittwatt platform.

You can find the answer to this question in their whitepaper on page 14: Tokens can be used to pay for electricity in the Bittwatt platform.

Apart from that, you can also trade in the exchanges. Most people try to HODL such project tokens and get full benefits later on when they start implementing things on their project towards achieving the final goal

This looks promising, and I love the fact that they've been able to make plans for the financial expenses even upto some years ahead. Will find time to take a closer look at the white paper.

Yes being fiscally responsible and upfront with investors that their will be substantial costs they will have to deal with as the company grows and expands. It’s important investors see and understand that real companies take time and money to make a success

Wow, its great concept. Already PRE-ICO and Phase 1 & 2 sold and they are in phase 3 with 10% bonus. I got a  late in ICO but still want to be contribute here. I need to study more details about this project.

It seems the project has attracted a lot of attention and both of their sales has gone pretty well.. Their marketing team are really doing a good job.

Sales are looking pretty good, does anyone know what the hardcap was? I ccan see from the website that it looks like 75% of the tokens have been sold

Softcap is 25.3 mil USD and hardcap is 30.4 mil USD. Its too close to each other. Thats why everybody is confident about achieving hardcap sooner than expected.
Wow... They are so close in achieving their hardcap.. How long have the sales been going on for... I think i need to pitch my tent here... Time to go do more research and see if i can invest.
The private pre-sale started in February 2018 and then the pre-ico sale in March 2018 and now the ico which will still go on till May 27th and their pre-ico was a grand succes as they raised 10.8 MN USD in less than 5 days (121,500,000 BWT tokens sold).

Oh... May 27 i see them beating the hardcap soon before the end of first week of may considering the way the pre-ico went .. I expect it to be better than the pre-ico. Lots of confidence in this project.

The current token supply is 400,000,000 BWT or Bittwatt token. This is equivalent to 1kWH per 1 token and it can be used to pay for electricity in the Bittwatt platform.

Ya it’s a large coin cap but I’d expect that due to the size of the project and the fact their going to be dealing with a massive market so it’s pretty expected. Will be interesting to see how quick the adoption is I’d imagine some real excitement given the target audience

The executive summary points a very salient fact that the energy industry truly lacks a B2c (business to consumer) market, here in my country, energy doesn't come directly from generating company to consumer, it goes through the Genco, Transco and disco and in the process energy is even lost, i think bittwatt is trying to make energy transfer much more efficient

It is also expected given the diversity of power generation (you have solar, you got using coal, fuel, clear energy....) you will get different balances from each like for example there are plants that may over produce and plants may not produce much which create the imbalances. So the marketplace would address most issues.

As far as I understand it, this is about the prices on the energy exchanges. I'm not exactly the big energy expert right now, but I think there will be moments when there's too much power available and demand is not enough. Then it may be that you get electricity on the exchanges very cheap or even free. But how the physics works, that I can not answer, I still have a lot to read.

I think you need to check this in the bountyhive telegram channel. They will or might have already informed about this.

Yesterday I checked lots of ICO review sites and its to my surprise that Bittwatt is having very good review throughout. Wonderful to see such reviews and the project prospects in different versions.

Ya it’s a large coin cap but I’d expect that due to the size of the project and the fact their going to be dealing with a massive market so it’s pretty expected. Will be interesting to see how quick the adoption is I’d imagine some real excitement given the target audience

The funny thing about cryptocurrency is that, those things don't actually matter, yea, i get that people may see the token supply as huge but the concept outweighs any of that, the platform provides the consumer with a decentralized market place which gives room for transparency and full disclosure of information

Anyone who reads the whitepaper will not be worried about the token supply because this isn't a small project, Bittwatt will entertain consumers from around the world lots of transactions will be conducted daily thus giving Bittwatt coin value of its own.

The number of coins is very high, but if you calculate with 1kWH = 1 Token you can see how big the business can be. In my country 1 kWH costs about 0.27€.

You are right in every country the price of 1kWH is different for me it is arounf  0.34€ and for other people it is a lot higher.

Bittwatt is going to play an important role in the energy domain as their project focuses is one of the best that I am seeing of late.

The ecosystem will be made from the desktop and the mobile apps of Bittwatt. They will allow peer to peer transactions, energy arbitrage and exchange (enabling users to buy and store energy to be used or sold when the prices are higher) and create energy roaming networks.
