These kind of situations are becoming common in cryptomarkets. I wish these will change in future. I am pretty sure it won't be resolved at all too. Scammers always get away with it in cryptocoin.

Some people are blaming telegram for this but I don't see a single reason why it should blamed. Everything was their in the hands of admins yet they couldn't control it. Police complaint won't work on a theft like this. Money is gone. That's it.

What a professional scammer . Seem like he created his ICO project seem like a legit one so it's the reason for this big amount of ETH scammed .
I can't remember the name of an ended ICO project just about months ago, it seem like really legit but after the ICO crowdsale ended the whole dev team had ran away with thousand of ETH collected from investors. LOL
