Are these using 2.5 watts type of USB or new USB 3 or 4 or whatever that can crank way more power at them?

Yeah, price can't be much more than 1BTC to make em worthwhile,at least from profit perspective  Cheesy

But,very cool device,nonetheless  Cool

I suspect it will be like Erupters.  BTC1.99 initially, then 1,0.5,0.25,0.125, 0.0675 etc.

Cool to have one or two, just for testing and stuff.  But I suspect they will be priced at 90% "linear ROI".

4-6 PH? Maybe.  It is amazing that the network hashing increases by ~30% every 10 days or so.  Assuming we will hit 1750 TH around Oct 15th.
Here is what the future will look like at 30% increase on every step up:

1750
2275 Nov
2958
3845
4998 Dec
6498
8447
10981 Jan
14275

We should get some flattening of that curve at some point.  Hard to believe that we'll be getting 4 PH jumps in 10-14 days sometime in January/February.  But I guess it is possible, if there will be 2TH Avalon like boxes for $1000, individuals will buy 5-10, and you'll get 4 PH+ jumps every 2036 blocks.

Regardless, they are cute and I'd buy one or two.

It looks to me like the heatsinks are too thick to be able to fill all slots on most USB hubs.

The chips at cost are $30USD each, so they have $60 in chip costs.
Expect the price to be between BTC1.0 and BTC1.5
at $60 for the chips don't expect the price to go much lower than BTC.90 long term

Remember the block erupters got cheap because they were the OEM of the chips, if you are reselling bitfurys then you can't get much better a price.

Q1 of 2014?  That makes no sense.  You guys could make a lot more coin/$ getting thing hashing quicker.
