Just checking if anyone else has had this problem.

12 BE's mining happily for two month straight with essentially 0 downtime all went down last night and wouldn't come back up.  BFG said "all devices disabled", CG found no devices even after swapping driver to WinUSB.  After restart of router, PC, and power cycle of ATX powering their hubs - still nothing.

Final resolution was to rerun BFG with the -S all option (never needed before IIRC, or at least wasn't in the watcher's config for the last two months), then all came up.

Huh?  What the heck?  Has anyone else run into this weird symptom?

My basic plan is that if the screw up, restart everything.  That usually fixes it, and is better then trouble shooting

try the -S erupter:all option, I don't think that's the culprit but I had occasional downtimes when used -s All

Upgrade your copy of BFG miner. New version is better than the old one.

That and restart.
