Ethereum is the real deal, the price of ETH is expected to touch Bitcoin’s price soon, but diversification is require, do not put all your eggs in one basket, try buying in dips as much as possible, also have a plan to book some profits on regular basis, unless you sell them, it will just be a virtual currency.

ETH is a good platform but I think 2018 will be NEO year. ETH can return to the price of $ 1500 but NEO will beat ETH. Look at the ONT, a NEO base currency, its development will beat ETH

If you switch there good luck, I don't see ethereum dumping hard in near future as so far project looks bright. Ethereum is not the only project with good development - you should have this in mind, but it has a lot of supporters and maybe it's community might be in 2nd place if we say btc is 1st in terms of how many people are invaded. But it cerntanly is not the only project in the field of dApps and smart contracts, just first one to be adopted by many.

Probably we'll see a lot more projects for alt coins specially if they're etherium based. Etherium will definitely get a lot more development in the future. You can try to switch with the currency you've mentioned but try not to limit your options to that single token. There's a lot more ethereum based tokens. |
