If the february 6th crash is any indicator we should expect market prices to bounce back once they reach the 200 MA . Plus  if we add EMA's (9,16) converging with it we could see a bull run.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I think so. Some tech analysts had bitcoin drawn on a Elliot 5 wave correction that will retest lows before finally breaking out. This could all be bs as im not really into tech analysis but the exact situation he was talking about weeks ago is playing out
