Reports are usually handled by normal moderators I assume, who can't permaban.

To add to Darkstar's post, copy and pasting report should be made in public so DT Member can -neg it.
Abhisek's post are confirmed copy and pasting with just added emoticon, at least he didn't use a bot for it, I expected someone who copy and paste to use bot to ease them on their "job"
I've -neg and notified his Signature Campaign manager, but since I'm not on DT my trust rating won't appear on his profile.

I assume, who can't permaban.

IMHO, only global moderators and administrators can ban. I can be mistaken.

Only Global moderators can ban users who are not following rules. Copying post from other you may be punished like perma-ban. If you break the rules you'll be punished.

What a shame, is that some kind of bot? Can't even talk or speak with his or her  own way? Thatsthe reason why this forum's feature has been changed because of shits like that. Even if I dont give damn to the new system, its annoying that its just been created for those silly members. That guy must be out of here.
