You've got to find a coin that gives you a combination of relatively low circulating supply, high volume, and pending release or big news.

It's not impossible to be honest. You only need to find a or some tokens which will be doubled on 2 weeks (Well, the highest chance is while you invested on ICO and hope that token would be added on big exchange and price will be mooning).
