Heya there,
If anyone can assist me I want to get my GTX 1060 and 780 working together mining. (Just want to get the juice from the 780).
1060 Confirmed to work on all miners I tried no problem, I want to get the 780 working too.
There is a compatibility issue with some miners as the 780 is sm 3.5 while the 1060 is 5.0
LF supported equihash/eth miners especially.

This are the tests I conducted by now:
Nicehash:
Legacy version worked for me when I used the 780 before upgrading, I assume both works together but I don't want to use NiceHack so nty.

Cryptonight:
XMR Stack - Both work + CPU

Equihash:
bminer-v5.4.0 - 1060 works when 780 disconnected, not supporting lower then sm 5.0 and not bypassing it to work with 1060 alone while 780 is connected
dstm 0.6 - 1060 works when 780 disconnected,with 780 cudaMemcpy 1 failed, crashes
ewbf 0.3.4b - BOTH WORK!, lower hashrate count of 20~30 sol's on 1060 as the other miners are more optimized, though the 780 gain is high enough to compensate.

ETHash:
Claymore's Dual v11.3 - Both works. I remember a bit higher h/s rate on the 780 when tested on a previous version but IDK need further testing.
