With the increase in airdrop scams, it calls for extra caution while filling airdrops , if you have to fill at all.I only participate in airdrops if the bounty campaign am doing per time is having airdrops. The information requested on some of the airdrop forms are sometimes uncalled for and could be use to wipe off tokens from participants wallets.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I have seen a few LEGIT instant airdrops that looked like this:

1- send 0 eth transaction to this address and get x tokens (you pay gas)

2- send 0.001 eth to this address and get x + 1000 tokens (you pay 0.001 eth +gas)

I only participate in instant airdrops that have the "send 0 eth xaction" option and test it with this 0 eth xaction first. Then you at least know the tokens exist and maybe can build proper smart contracts, etc... But as always, if you feel uncomfortable - don't do it. There will always be other things for you to do.

I participating in airdrops and recieving just only 10% from filled up) Where are others? Too much scam last time
It is getting worst right now because of using referral programs which is you may need to pass KYC some of airdrops then next your Private keys. I am into airdrops, but must need to check if it is really good or not, even if it is for free only.

LOL. An old way to scam ETH from other people Smiley. I think only newbie whom just joined this world for few days will fall into this trap only Smiley. As I can see there are so many airdrops like this which require participants to send ETH to receive token of course not all of them are scam airdrops but 9/10 airdrops like this are scam Smiley).

Does it mean all Airdrops are scam? If yes, how can someone know the genuine once to participate?

I think not all airdrops are scams as many of the legitimate projects also used airdrops for marketing purposes. However, right now there are now many scammers which use the same technique to convince people to buy their scam tokens in exchange for any amount of cryptocurrency...the more they can fool the bigger they stashed. We should be careful as scammers, hackers and phishers and all the bad elements online are now in cryptocurrency and they are all ready to victimize us if we are not careful and when we are getting ready they can strike like agents of death.

Almost all of them are scam and only 1% of them are reliable to stake with since most of the airdrop coins has been pumped up just for the fulfillment of the dev and then sudden dump when everybody trust them. Try to look around you wouldn't see a ICO tokens got a huge value so better we shouldn't stick on their butts and dump those whenever we had a chances so that we can secure the possible profit we may get.

Every airdrop that ask for payment just to recieve the token reward is completely a scam. Never trust bounty airdrops which they require their participant to pay a certain amount of ethereum.

I am not participating in this type of airdrop. because it sounds ridiculous to me. it is very likely that projects such as sending a small amount of ethernet etc are of poor quality and cheating. Everyone wake up. otherwise you can hoax it.

Sometimes we can lured by sweet words and tend to investigate if that airdrop can be beneficial us but in the end you’ll end up filling up forms or even sending ETH and don’t get coins in return.

After registering in airdrops, I began to receive phishing emails. There is a suspicion that 90% of airpoids are scum. At least, I have never  yet received a payment for airdrops. I should be more careful in choosing the project!

There are some airdropped tokens that's really worth to hold but finding out which one would really be hard. Just take a look on HYDRO airdrop back in January. If you did able to hold that then you do make good amount of money in  6 months time which isn't really bad at all but these kind of situations are just too rare because finding out a project like that one would really be hard. This is why some people do tend out to join airdrops as many as they can. As long you aren't pulling out money on your pocket then you are just doing fine.
