Between invested in bitcoin and real estate is good for your investment place. Invested in bitcoin it's not just you have money and spend your money into bitcoin but you should know how and why invested in bitcoin. For me invested in bitcoin is different from other investment place. Need a time for learn more and you must have how control your brain when the price bitcoin goes up and goes down. So, I suggest you for divide you money and you go invested in bitcoin and real estate. Don't you choose wait because you can't get anything.

As you said that bitcoin price is not stable, so you must invest some part of your crypto profit into real estate investment because it is secure investment plan with smooth-running & stable income. Investing in real estate is far safer than investing in cryptocurrency & best for long-term hold with steady profits. You can buy land, for sure its value will grow as time elapses after 2-5 years you will get a very good price for your land when you sell it or you can buy a house, shop or an apartment and rent it out on a yearly contract you will get rent from it every month, it will give you passive income then after some years you can sell it also for a good price. Investing in real estate will be your extra source of income without doing any type of work like from 9-5 job. Don't depend only 1 source of income create another sources.

I think you must do nothing and wait a little bit more. Bitcoin will pump this year after that you invest the half to the real estate and the half to bitcoin. That is also a good decision to do now! Goodluck to your decisions think twice man!

This investment is all about waiting and patience. When the prices are going up, don’t just a hurry person and sell at once, no. rather wait for the best time that can be suitable for your investment to give you maximum output. And same is the case with buying as well. But holding must be there in this year because definitely prices will be going higher in the ending of this year.

They are both great investment but in terms of conveniency and independency the bitcoins are gonna be the winner for me. Because you can check them every time you wanted and you can buy them everywhere it is available everytime it just meeds an internet connections ans they can always be converted into money again if you wanted to have the money. While in real estate it is a long term invetment and if you needed the money back you canmot get that as soon as you needed it. So for me bitcoins especially kow that their prices are falling

Thats right, well it is better to have an alternative money source or investment. We dont use to live all the time in making money by trading, gambling or doing some seevices as bounty or payments for out work. Having a real estate is one of the most indemand in this era.

Both are good the only difference I see is real estate investment needs more capital compared to buying and selling BTC to USD and vice versa. Also trading BTC has more risk as you will need to actively observe it unlike Real Estate where the piece of land only appreciates in terms of price. Real Estate is less risky as holding a piece of land is more safe compared to holding a bolatile currency.

Well your post said Bitcoin vs Real Estate so I will focus on that. Now every business or investment has its risk and bitcoin or cryptocurrency is not excuse to that. Nevertheless, Real Estate has its also own risk like tax law, depreciation of value, fire, and natural disaster. Maybe the reason you are scared of trusting bitcoin is becuase it is unstable in value but that is how it makes it more interesting. You see if its value is stable it is like your telling to get a job and have a fixed income while on the other hand since its value is unstable you just need to be wise enough when to convert your bitcoin into dollars or when you will buy out if you are trading. This is a mistake, the price of real estate increases every year that is correct but that is because of inflation, everything goes up because inflation, the real advantage of investing in real estate is that you can get some passive income out of it and if you have enough properties you can earn enough to sustain yourself for the rest of your life which means that you could retire early.

real estate investment is safer than bitcoin investment. we know real estate needs are getting bigger so price is definitely going up. while investing in btc can give big profit but big risk too

Glad to see that you are interested in portfolio diversification. Its always recommended to invest your money in different areas instead of a particular area. But real estate is not an attracting sector now days. The demand of real estate is declining with so many new areas coming up and due to involvement of so many formalities. You should rather invest your money in gold. To me, it appears to be more profitable.

If you do have money then why not invest on both things? I would go for 50-50 allocation on each investment.I do know on how those things move and the risk involve into those things that's why I do decide on splitting up funds and not going all in on a single thing.Diversifying is always my motto as long I do have the funds that can be putted then I would always prefer on having lots of options than on single.
