Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

I can tell from my experience. I know a few people who last year earned well on cryptocurrency (bitcoin and ICO) and bought an apartment, and who bought 2 apartments. You should always take risks and please yourself with a good purchase for a promising future. ))))

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).
  
Should I
                Spend all my BTC on that shares?

                Or just do nothing and wait?

Yes, it is true that bitcoin price is always unstable, sometimes it is high or low. If I were to decide, I am going to divide it and invest half of it to real estate, and the other half invest to cryptocurrency or bitcoin. We know that there is a risk when it comes to investment for bitcoin, so just to be safe, I have to divide it.

Personally I think a financial management student you should spread ytour money in different tyes of investment, why? although one investment can give you a high chance of winning but there will always be a possibiility of  one investment to go down , it is just like putting an egg into one basket and when it drops all eggs will be broken , but if you put those egges in different baskets , then it will not affect you that mush if one basket will fall cause there will be more eggs that remains. I like your idea on inveting in real estate, its one of the most profitable investment,

I would invest in cryptocurrencies. Because for real estate you need a huge amount of money, and i think the most people dont have these. Real estate a stable investments. But you cant await that the prices go to high in the next years. I would say the opposite will happen. Beause the next real estate crisis is coming.

that is so true because investing in real eatate is too costy  and it is not also easy to invest on them because they will require a certification and further document verification. Not unlike to investing in bitcoin which is indeed more easier because anyone can cash in and buy bitcoin anywhere whether it is online or offline there were now lots of merchants that accepts bitcoin cash in and cash out option.

So overall my vote will still go on bitcoin.

Well, if you ask me about should you invest in bitcoin  or should you invest in real state. So let's define first the investment in bitcoin, is involving in buying and selling of bitcoin in the crypto world while the definition of real state is buying or investing in lands, building or sharing profits in a business or company. So, for me if I should choose between them I'd rather choose both because investing in bitcoin and real state is a wise choice as a businessmen I should all grab the opportunity for me to have a big income as long as I have a money. I will enter in many business that has a potential in the market. Well, its only my opinion and at the end of the day you will decide on your own. I hope I help you in my point of view.

I think it is not comparable assets, real estate is a heavier tool than cryptocurrency. Difficult in turnover. In General, real estate is more like preservation than multiplication. Always when considering a portfolio for me 2 things are important : to save and earn. And that's where the briefcase comes from. Real estate more Pro save.

Well, if you ask me about should you invest in bitcoin  or should you invest in real state. Well, it's  very good choice for you there. Just like you instead of thinking what will be the best upon those two, I wpuld rather to choose both of them because they aren't comparable, I mean they have their own advantages and disadvantages. If you have enough money, then why don't you try both of them because I am pretty sure that you'll definitely earn a huge profit.

if in my opinion it's both great for our money and mutual benefit too. but if in bitcoin it is very quick to get a huge profit from the investment in the real world.

If i just have a lot of money i will also invest in real estate because investing in real estate is also a wise thing to do and real estate can also help a lot of people to be rich in the future, but now i will still choose to invest in bitcoin.

Yes bitcoin is the best choice for investment because its price is increase day by day and that's why it will give you a lot of profit so you can any physical business for those people who cannot join bitcoin by their uneducated so you can provide best work for them and that's why they will earn much more money, so  investment in bitcoin will very beneficial for your aim.

no one can tell bitcon give much profits right now.as we know that its price still goes down,while it rise a little percents, it down again.please think more rasional if we want take big profits from bitcoin.its being risky now.

Nothing can be better than bitcoin now as we can see the steady growth of bitcoin so according to my prediction bitcoin will rise very high after new days, so better of make bitcoin investment than anything else, no worries what will happen but investing in real estate can never give you more profit than bitcoin, it was old time when bitcoin was risk because people were not aware but now bitcoin is famous enough that even uneducated are getting huge profit and being millionaires with bitcoin investment.

Personally in my country the real eastate prices at the moment are really high and should fall down really soon so I would rather invest in Bitcoin and altcoins for now.

I think it depends strongly on the amount as well if you can afford it seems pretty reasonable to me to keep your profit in other areas as well. I do not know where this real estate company operates but there are places where flats will remain valuable for at least mid term, it might worth consideration too

If I have a lot of money then I think I will invest 70% of my capital in real estate. 30% of the money will invest in bitcoin. But now I do not have much money so I will invest in bitcoin.

In my opinion, your bitcoin profit is you use to invest in real estate. Better to have alternatives in case the price falls of bitcoin will still have money to expect. It is difficult to be successful when we do not know the future of bitcoin. So we have to have alternative source of income

Investing on real estate is a good way to earn money but investing in bitcoin can bring you profits more than you expect for. Bitcoin has been proven to be one of the best investment of all time since it has made plenty of people rich already and helped them achieve their dreams. if you look at the current bitcoin prices tend to decrease then I prefer investing in bitcoin, because we can buy bitcoin at a cheap price. real estate became my second choice after bitcoin

Nothing is without risk and it's way better to divide risk ( try not to put all eggs in one basket). IMO, dividing between bitcoin and real estate is better with more going to bitcoin of course

The huge problem with that strategy is that you will need to have a huge amount of capital to perform that strategy and when we take into account that most people around the world have no savings and instead have debts this is impossible to do for 90% of the population of the world, so for the time being I think the best strategy is to invest everything in cryptocurrencies.
