Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

Investing in Bitcoin is at risk for losses.
In my opinion, should be when you get a profit from Bitcoin then you invest in real estate like home, apartment.
While the price of homes and apartments will rise in price.
You will benefit greatly if you apply it.
I think Cryptocurrency cannot last forever there will be a time when Cryptocurrency will fall in price.
Therefore take advantage of the current time to invest in real estate.

I think it's more fun and more profitable to do a cryptocurrency business like bitcoin because with the investment of bitcoin cryptocurrency which has a limited total supply makes the price movements become very fast if the price movement is so fast you can certainly use it so you can get a lot of profit.

That's right, I think it's more profitable to invest with Bitcoin because the price is very fluctuating due to the very low allocation of Bitcoin so that the turnover of token sales is very significant and of course if more buyers than the seller will surely tend to rise prices, and more profits can be obtained.

Both BTC and real estate is good in terms of investtment they have a lot of chances to profit but one thing I know for sure is they have also the pros and cons depending on the current globalisation or the economic growth and nowadays real estate is booming especially in our country and Bitcoin for now is experiencing it's own downfall although we know that they have a lot of chances to rise from it's downfall and we hope that we gain more from bitcoin soon.

Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Real State better business but crypto return can be 10 times more than Real State. I think you should invest small profit and also you should try to find out other investment opportunities except real state.

Well, that was a practical decision to be done because it is just right to be mindful of investing into something real and not just into sticking with virtual currencies in terms of crypto. It is still best to have real time investments that can be handed in a long span of time. Investment in cryto must not be always be dependable instead, it must be the key to obtain real life investments like real estates that do also have greater value as time passes by which is also a good take for investment proper.

I think it depends strongly on the amount as well if you can afford it seems pretty reasonable to me to keep your profit in other areas as well. I do not know where this real estate company operates but there are places where flats will remain valuable for at least mid term, it might worth consideration too

But they cost much higher and not every person can afford it while in bitcoin every person can invest as it do not have a limit for investment even a person can invest $1 in bitcoin and can get some profit. While suppose if a person will have enough money to invest in real estate then he will lose much of his money in paying the tax and fees required for buying that property. Better option remains with us is to invest in bitcoin.

I will go with investing in real estate, though, the appreciation is not that big, it still grows over the years, not unlike investing in cryptocurrency where one can only be a one shot wonder then the crash. I would rather choose the sure fire one rather than being in constant FUD.

I think both of them are really good for investment, I can't compare which one will be the best, I advise you to go for both of them, I mean by investing in both of them if you can arrange that, and if you want so much to buy some real estate then go for it, I am sure it will make a huge profit later.. as the value of the estate will increase in the future if you choose the right place.

Real estate, even the cheapest flat, needs a lot of money to be invested it. with Bitcoin, you can start even when you have a hundred of dollars. Thus, the choice always depends on the money you have.

If I have a lot of money then I think I will invest 70% of my capital in real estate. 30% of the money will invest in bitcoin. But now I do not have much money so I will invest in bitcoin.

Yeah depends upon situation Investment is good and its better if you diversify your portfolio, don't put everything in one basket, I suggest the profit your earn from Bitcoin, you can put it and start investing on another one like real estate or stock market, strategize and I am sure that all will be worth it in the long run. I see no reason why you can not just go a head with this better option of yours, since a single tree can never make a forest but so many. Real Estate in many countries are very much laudable and profitable at the long run. So, it depends on the economic situation of your country which you need to make a little research and execute your plan.

Invest in real estate is more costly. Here you have to invest lots of money and wait for a long time to earn the profit. By any chance it's market fall down then you nothing have to do. In the other side invest in bitcoin is very short. You can invest hare how much you possible and wait for few months. And you can earn as you expect or more. Time is very short here. Real estate surely sucks man. Sooner the population will start growing a lot and this will lead to decreased build up area and tall buildings. This has got to do something with land rates and estates valuations. It will decrease dramatically and thats why I think you should keep your investment into the Bitcoin only. Its good to divide your shares into different types of investment but real estate is not that spot where you should really go. I am thinking you should divide it into few of the ICO projects and keep it all the way crypto type of investment. There are still many chances for the ICO projects to stand alone as profitable project. Just try it out and if you don't jump then you will never experience it

Agreed, For the price of bitcoin now, I will choose to invest in BTC , there are some speculations that it will recover its value and go higher this year, and also bitcoin has always been like that for years, Low value in the first months of the year and then moon at the end, Real state is a bad investment, many of my friend had invested i real state,and not one of them is able to have a profit.

All investments have risks. Both are equally profitable. But if you do not have an interest in bitcoin, it's better not to invest in bitcoins. Because passion and interest is very important if you want to invest in bitcoin.

Each to their own, but Id go the real estate path. More likely to increase and less government regulation. Sure BTC can make money, but real estate is a safer longer term bet IMHO.

actually, I'm really interested in real estate, but so far I do not seem able to develop it, so of course I choose bitcoin for further development, I'm sure, many people are also using bitcoin for real estate.
