Investing on bitcoin as well upon real estate is completely time dependent. Because, when years pass the value of the property increases. While at the same the locality is highly concerned. With cryptocurrency with time the increasing demand leads to price increase, still it is completely unpredictable. One who has got patience can profit big from bitcoin investments.
Many of comments here are totally wrong, yours is not totally wrong. You say its completely time dependent, if you think that`s the only thing than you don`t know much. Tell me please can you start with investing in real estates with 1000 dollars? If you can`t, tell me what you think how much money do you need for start!? Some things depend on time, some just on being in the right place in the right moment. Investment as an investment can be short, mid, long term, you can have luck to buy something cheap and sell for huge profit in days, some things can be waited much longer, but before any profit you need to know how much you have, how much can you risk, how much you need to work for it. With real estates you need to go around, to look for it, to make papers, tons of papers, than you need to make many other arrangements about so many things with so many people, with crypto you sit on your money and you wait, you dont have to meet other people, to spend time on things you dont like, can you compare that? |

The cryptocurrency is a volatile platform, just like stock exchange and forex trading, an unexpected news can trigger an increase or a drastic decrease in market price,therefore my strategy is to ensure I invest part of my profit into real life investment platform, such as real estate as you mention, this is a sector that is always in demand globally, invest and take profit from real estate into BTC as this is a longtime investment.

I think long-term investment between bitcoin and real estate has almost the same value, but a lot of profit will be gained in investing in bitcoin if you are able to take a good chance.
real estate investment has less risk if we compared with bitcoin.each year it could give us return more than 20% .and with less risk i think people should pick it as their main portofolio. |

well, maybe a lot of people will choose real estate, but I might choose both. well, if you can both, why not. sometimes people only focus on one of them. however, when you use both, I think it will get better. |

I suggest to invest on Real Estate if you can afford to invest in it because Real Estate is one good investment over the period of time. I suggest to invest on Real Estate if you can afford to invest in it because Real Estate is one good investment over the period of time. As you can see that investing in cryptocurrency has a high risk that might collapse one day and all your investment will lost. Thus, all of the investors does not want to happen especially for the hard earn money invested.
Indeed the risk of investing in real estate has a small risk and has the advantage of long-term investment. Bitcoin has high risk but capital does not need too much, we trade coins and have value if we are smart and wise to use every opportunity, without taxes. |

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?! Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year). Should I Spend all my BTC on that shares? Spend small (profit) part? Or just do nothing and wait?  ?! I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations! Well, it's ok to think of another profitable chances. You can keep going your plan, but maybe you can try another thing besides real estate. Something with low risk of losing. |

Since what you want to invest is the profit made from your Bitcoin investment. It is a good thing to spread your risk and have more investment from different sources. Real estate is a good choice for you to venture into.
But if there is a chance for Bitcoin to give more profit than any other in a time period then it is better to invest in Bitcoin. We have to think economically as if there is billions of profit in one investment then we do not need to go for other which have profit in thousands. I will favor for Bitcoin investment right now |

Both are good, but different. Different approach, and you need to have different bankroll, what is the most important when you considering any kind of investment, how much money you have. Any of us is in different financial situation, each of us needs to consider what is the best option. I think bitcoin will worth much more in the future, more people will use it, and now its easy to get in. |

Its true, cryptocurrency price always volatile and its not good if we invest for short term but its good for long term. Property is safest investment too because the price increasing stable and we can rent it and make money from it in short term |

I personally prefer investing in cryptocurrencies including BTC over Real Estate as of now. The reason is very simple, the capital required to invest in cryptos are quite less compared to investing in real estate. So, as of now, I find investing in cryptos my only option. But the real estate sector is quite booming as well so obviously, it should be an option along with cryptos. Diversification is the prime and most important factor in investment.

Well, spending all your BTC on a share is foolishness. By doing so, you are literally violating the Number 1 Rule of Investment, and that is you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. Doing nothing and waiting is also a foolishness. It's like you are welcoming defeat in your life. Everyday that you are doing nothing, you are losing money which you can earn if only you use your time in a productive way and the chance to build wealth. So I guess the best option is to invest half of your funds in illiquid investment (crypto) and the other half in liquid investment (real state), 'coz you'll never know which one will boom, or if you're lucky enough, you'll gain from both. |

It depends on you , and if you think that it is pretty much safe then go for it. |
