right, by being able to take advantage of opportunities, of course we will profit consistently. we can imagine if at the beginning of 2018 selling bitcoin assets and buying real estate assets. of course our money will be safe. and the opposite for now

maybe some veteran in this market already did this.they sell some of their bitcoin and switch it into property .this kind investment was the most profitable with less risk involved.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!

Real estate is a very solid form of investment, there is lesser risk, the profit is guaranteed, but the amount that you need to invest is bigger.  Cryptocurrencies on the other hand has so much risk, but if your luck is great that you buy a coin today that will moon in the future, then put the eggs in single basket. Technological advancements in blockchain is still on its early years, there is more to come in the future, these improvements in blockchain will provide more use cases that will give more demand. If you are willing to hodl for long, go buy some coins. Cryptocurrencies is much of speculations, and like the stock market, it is driven so much by emotion, no one can guarantee that the graphs will flash a green or red light.

Real estate investment is better than Bitcoin investment but it is not suitable for all the peoples. Because we need high margin money in Real estate but Bitcoin is user friendly so many small scale investors are participate crypto investment. I hope Bitcoin is the ruling community of future economy so we buy more Bitcoin in this dip.

No for me it is not because if you will buy some property you will have to look for the buyer and until you don’t get property at fine location with all facilities people won’t agree to buy it from you, but in crypto currency you will have profit by all means, as investors use to buy at very low price but get the proper chance to sell again at high price.

Investing into bitcoin is a good way to get promised return on the investment, the only risk or the complication is that we don't know when it'll happen. With real estate or property the scenario is different, more the days pass the value increases depending on the location. If it's a prime location automatically the growth will be big after years, same time there are possibilities for decline in the value of the property if there is no growth surrounding.

Like what you said, it depends on the financial capacity of an individual on which investment he/she will choose. I do agree that in terms of long-term value, investing in real estate may be the safer option as you are acquiring a piece of land, which is a concrete item rather than bitcoin which is virtual. The value of land becomes premium in the future as space is limited per country. Although bitcoin has only a circulating amount of 21 million yet to be mined, its volatility makes it a double-edged sword among investors.

Doing investments is something you must have to think so many times. It is not a simple hit and run thing. People think of investments as easy as leaving your money and be back to earn something when time is appropriate. The volatility of bitcoin makes it not a childs play. It is actually a bit complicated and tricky, So if you would invest your money on bitcoin think many times and plan because there are too many risks involved. everything is an investment for the future show the investors should choose the best for his situation for me investing for a long time will be more helpful for me in the future so I definitely pick the real estate investment because it will be achieved to be a valuable in the future but in Bitcoin investment we cannot know about the future so if you want to make your profit frequently then investing on Bitcoin will be effective.

When you said all your BTC do you mean cashing out your BTC to invest in real estate? The price is still too low. Better wait for a bit more recovery so that you can buy a larger share in that real estate.

Do not follow the unrealistic speculation in the CRYPTO industry, thou everyone is expecting the bull run to commence, but to play safe and reduce your risk level, invest your profit in real estate and HOLD the remainig stake expecting the bull to commence.

Yeah, real estate has also good future, it is same like crypto currency, sometime it is up and sometime it is down then downing period we should wait. Now in my country it is top business of Real State, but now for a few months it is down, but hopefully in future it will be up.
I also invest my capital on real state which i make from crypto currency, So that's why i create crypto currency who make me that i do business in real state. So it means crypto will number One.

but it's not as easy as you think because not everyone will do what you suggest, so getting a high volume of the crypto market is easy while we are patient waiting for the market to rise
