Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

If you are looking for the price of the bitcoin today, the graph does not show positive feedback because not just the bitcoin goes down but the other cryptocurrency too. It is profitable that we are trying to invest in real estate? I think it is because you got a stable income when you are trying to sell your lots; also, you got money quickly. Still, in crypto, if you are deciding to invest, you must know the graph and all the transactions first before you are starting to earn, but it is worth it if you got the techniques to gain profit, it might double your money depends on the price on the market.

When I was new here, I don't have any idea about real estate business, all I know was that I am very much interested in crypto as this will give me so much profit if I will just study it, but as time is passing by, I realized that both of them are profitable, that real estate is one of the most good investment, as we will not lose from it unlike to crypto that there is risk, so better do both.

In my own opinion, both are actually good to earn money but in terms of such a great profit I actually recommend cryptocurrency since it is way bigger you can earn, we just need to have patience because just like at this situation the market is on a low price, every crypto is suffering from dump in terms of price it is hard to invest to spend any amount of cryptocurrency knowing that we are lending our money where we can wait for that particular token or coin to come back again to its original price. I remember way back 2017, where almost all investors and even bounty hunters are earning such a lot of money by doing their own preferences or way or earning, that is because the market is on its high peak.

right now I do both..  I can't put all my investments in Bitcoin because it's too risky, so I made a 50% investment in Bitcoin and Altcoins, another 50% in property.  my parents have several houses, they always say to me "whatever your business, always set aside profits to buy property, so that your future is safe".  Property and real estate prices have a high level of stability and its value always goes up every year.

Dabbling in the real estate is a dangerous game to play. The housing market is by far the most unpredictable market in financial portfolio's. The 2008 housing crash was brutal and it's not out of the realm of reality for it to happen again with markets indicating the potential of another recession. That's not to say that the housing market is going to take a hit like it did for the US 08 housing crash, but you're risking a lot. On that note, there prospect of flipping properties is playing the long game. No guarantee of short term money because you end up sitting on property for years at times. Owning rental properties is probably the safest way to invest in real estate but it's going to require lots of hands on care. It's not easy.

if you have benefited from crypto by trading or other. in my opinion better is part of your BTC for real investment. buy land, apartments, house, gold, or company shares. (Apple, Samsung, etc.) so you have some great investments. besides, if you have more advantages. make a real business for you ... to support the future in real life.

I am a fan of cryptocurrency and I do have a lot of investments in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin but if I will choose only one investment between these two then I would still go to real estate. Real estate is almost safe investments because they have an almost guaranteed return if you have a good property at a good location. Real estate is a lifetime investment so whether there is a economic depression, you can still make money through renting it out.

there is no Investment that have certain income and high security. Each year its price rise alot and never down. If we have more money maybe this is best place to Investment our money. Meanwhile in bitcoin we could not predict how much profits we will earn in a year. And also we have to face risk that may occur someday ,like current condition.

why not consider investing on those both with each smaller capital?and why only BTC?when there is tons of altcoin that can be profitable and may change the plan?

Still over past years although the Bitcoin is in the booming years already, still there's a lot of people investing on it, that time I was too immature that I couldn't get why they are investing for example, house and lot, but they are just buying it for them to lease to other people which will just give them low income, so for it's a waste of money, and now I realized the real value of it that appreciates over the years.

would do both to get more income cuz investing in real estate would benefit you in long run and you should not spend all your btc to real estate for future long run, btc would be looking good at 2020 so having 2 investments are better than nothing

My opinion is that you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket.  Centralized investment is the highest risk.
Despite the profit in bitcoin, you can as well  spread your investments to other sectors like real estate and others.
This will enable you have offline investment incase the your expectation is not met in bitcoin.

You must wait 10 or more years for real estate investments. These are my comments. In my opinion, 10 years patience for bitcoin can earn more money. The 10-year adventure of Bitcoin price is obvious. I think Bitcoin is a more lively investment.
