You are right to that, you can explore your funds in bitcoin and bitcoin has so many events and the price goes concurrent with what good news is going on in the community. you can double or triple your money everytime you want to grind or make some move. but the risk of two if very far so if you want to invest, don't spend it in one smash.

Investing in bitcoin will probably be more profitable, but you've seen how many people can earn large and secure amounts of money forever in bitcoin, I believe that only a few people with the acumen and talent to reach the level I said, Bitcoin is not a world that is too easy to make money, almost losing money is the story I hear every day. For me BTC is more worthy than the real state,Realestate price increase in years and you have to wait for it and later some years the inflation rate also rises so that profit is no fruitful.Bitcoin price rise in seconds and days if you trade it will gate more than real state in limited time.

If going to HODL BTC for long run is also a good decision,make sure HODL with legit platform and the keys should b e secure also active 2FA in account t secure the assets for long run,when meet the target price just cash out.

I think it depends on our psychological nature. with the property I think is minimal risk, and the price will rise every year. different from fluctuating bitcoin so high risk. for those who do not dare to take high risks, I think it is suitable to invest in property. but for me investment in both is better

That's why my strategy is that some of my profit from trading/investing doing bounties, doing freelance work is I am allotting some of it from investing in Real Estate, and I know that one day I will thank myself on it, that rather investing in new gadgets  or shoes, I am investing on something I can be thank for.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!

Spend small profit part because, the price of Bitcoin for now is good and is steadily improving you shouldn't ignore the potential of a bull run for bitcoin price. It is always good to diversify your investments so your money would be more secure and have more chance to earn profit. If your plan on investing in real estate goes sideways atleast you have other option such as your Bitcoin asset.

Not to forget, that if you buy real estate and it is going from a nice location to the bad neighbourhood (people, facilities, infrastructure) in 10 years (what is more than enough), then you may not find yourself very profitable (if at all). As well, if a financial crisis will take place, then you will have problems with not even selling the real estate, but even renting it.
Not to mention that in some cities in the world, in general, the price of real estate remains at a similar level or can go down.

Another thing is that investing in real estate requires knowledge or hiring some professional. With BTC even if you are not a professional, as a HODLer so far you were able to generate a good rate of profits, of course, if you did not buy at ATH just to sell it lower in panic.

if you have benefited from crypto by trading or other. in my opinion better is part of your BTC for real investment. buy land, apartments, house, gold, or company shares. (Apple, Samsung, etc.) so you have some great investments. besides, if you have more advantages. make a real business for you ... to support the future in real life.

Those thing will really be a good idea to spend some of your profit from bitcoin but if i will have enough money, i will buy a land and build apartments in it, having that kind of business will really help you for it is a secure profit every month, its like you have a side job with a good amount profit. I would like to see the fruit if my works in cryptocurrency in a real business here in the world like what you have said but of course i will not only spend it in investment for i will like to have something for me like a new gadget or something that will make me happy and at the same time help me with my cryptocurrency.

The thing with investing in real estate is that is quite capital demanding. If you want to buy an apartment to rent out you need a lot of capital or atleast a loan to begin with. So risks are much higher because a lot of money is fixed into one place and it's a much longer investment horizon. Because of the high transaction fees involved you can't really flip an apartment or house every year
You have to think about the next 20 years instead if the next 6 month. Whereas with bitcoins you are much more flexible and you need less money to start. I would recommend prioritising bitcoins over real estate.

I have a small capital to invest so real estate automatically goes out of scope. Also, I believe that now investing in crypto is much better than real estate. Because why anyone would like to block a huge capital in the dead investment where you may not stay also. So, for staying purpose it is fine to buy and for investment crypto is better option for me.

With only a small capital budget you could still go for real estate funds. In my opinion Bitcoins is a better pick than Real Estate, but for a good portfolio - I would recommend to split between more asset classes. I have been holding a European Real Estate fund (mainly focusing on residential large apartment blocks in large cities) for years now. The return is pretty decent because you get around 4-5% dividends each year. The price hasn't moved for a long time tho.

Investing in real estate really takes a lot of patience in terms of our time starting from small to large, therefore any investment will have a very big risk, especially in bitcoin.

It is ok to diversify and you do not put your egg in one business. Real estate is a big business that requires a lot of capital. Having investment in both crypto and real estate means you have a two-way source of generating revenue. You could have taken a large number of your earnings in bitcoin especially now that the price is high and invest in real estate with it. Also, since we all know that crypto market is very volatile, it should only be considered as the secondary plan

There is nothing wrong that part of you profit from crypto were put or invested in Real Estate, if you have enough money there is nothing wrong in trying to scatter it in different types of investment like let say half of it were invested in crypto then the half is in Real State or any other business that you think have the potential to earn. Actually, you can invest in Bitcoin or real estate, but it should be profitable for you. In investment, no matter the price, the most important thing is the timing. If Bitcoin is having good news and is recognized by many financial experts then it is time to invest in Bitcoin. If Bitcoin is in downtrend, we will definitely look to another portfolio at that time.
So be flexible with your portfolio instead of chasing the crowd, it will be very risky with your assets.
